    I would also change the time frame to be employed for 6 months. My husband wasn't approved for even one week of leave for the birth of our last child.

    This not being included is outrageous!! I have experienced the death of a child and 2-3 days is completely ridiculous. 12 weeks in my own opinion isn't even enough.
