This amendment helped me greatly 3 years ago when I had to take off work for up to a month following complications from a tubal pregnancy. After that month my dr released me saying I was physically able to go back to work. I feel that the FMLA should also be expanded to cover employees that work for a corporation that has more than 50 employees nation wide. I work for a company that employees over 2000 employees nationwide but the location I work for has less than 25 and our employees are not protected under FMLA.REPORT COMMENTS

Losing a child is one of the hardest things any parent has to go through. Having a miscarriage takes a lot out of you, not only physical and mentally, but emotionally. Having to go back to work immediately is extremely painful.REPORT COMMENTS
