I am a mother of a baby loss. This will help other families.

I'm surprised that this is not covered under the FMLA, The officials that define the regulations of laws are becoming a BIG waste of Tax Payers money because all they think about is what's best for them and / or their families and not ours...

I do hope and pray that whoever is receiving this and All who may read it, will never, ever, have to personally know - by experience - the forever pain and anguish that is now so experientially well-known by those who are presenting, and many of those who are signing, this petition-for-action - in other words, may you forever not have to experience being a bereaved father or a bereaved mother...and, may our request-made-through-our-personal experience, be incentive and sufficient enough for you to promote and/or take the requested action as-very-soon-as-possible, if not now

This is without question the worst pain any parent can possibly endure. Everyone handles grief their own way, but how unacceptable that people who need time to heal cannot be allowed to use the family leave act

I absolutely agree and I hope that this includes women and men that have stillborn children. I have known far too many women that had to return to work only a week after they gave birth to a stillborn child. Also, I have lost two sister's and my mom's co-workers gave her sick time so she could be out longer than a week after they passed away. People should be able to take time to grieve and get back to where they can face the world again before being forced to rejoin the work force.
