I fully support this 150%, I lost a child. I had twins, one survived and my baby boy grew wings to be angel. Had I not had my survivor, I would have been forced to return to work immmediately and I don't think I could have done it. This is not fair. Please add this to the current FMLA! As a father, I am expected to be strong for my family. Trying to work full time while grieving the loss of MY child and supporting my wife emotionally is a lot to ask of anyone. My wife needed me more, and I needed her, more after our loss than after the birth of our living child...REPORT COMMENTS

The loss of a child is the hardest thing any parent will ever go through. I have birthed 2 children, one I had to bury and 1 is in my arms. I could have sooner gone back to work the next day after the delivery of my 'take home baby' than the day after my 'angel baby'. Please pass this amendment to FMLA.REPORT COMMENTS
