I believe that all people(non-violent) should be given a second chance. I know someone who made a stupid mistake 341/2 yrs. ago and has been turned down for some really good jobs because of it. A person in NJ can not have a felony expunged if they ever had PTI pretrial intervention from when they were 18 years old. a 3rd degree possesion of cocaine charge 26 years ago is forever. When the president himself has admitted to the use of cocaine and marijuana, but yet he can own a firearm and I cant... where is taht justice.REPORT COMMENTS
