Lupron, Leuprolide needs to be taken completely off the market immediately with out delay until "Protection Law" is implemented!

I am currently on Lupron. I asked my doctor if it is in fact chemo. She said NO! She also told me that "the pain will get worse before it gets better" Having endometriosis, I laughed at her. Thinking, nothing could be worse than endo itself. Oh how wrong I was. I spent 5 days unable to get out of my bed. Couldn't eat, couldn't walk, couldn't do anything. She refuses to do anything for me until I finish this Lupron treatment. She also told me it will "shrink" any endo adhesions. She never even did a single test to see if there was in fact, any endo left after my Laproscopic surgery last summer. Had anybody told me, Your hair will fall out in chunks, your bones will feel like they are breaking, we are lying to you... I never would have taken it. It is a little too late now though. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!!! -

My former ob/gyn would not operate until I would try this drug. I left that dr. After hormone testing from a naturopath, I learned that I was estrogen high. I was given progesterone suplement and magnesium which eliminated my pain. This is the right direction for treatment of endo, not lupron!REPORT COMMENTS

I just recently found out that Lupron was a Chemo drug. I'm furious, I feel I should've been given the information and allowed to make the decision to be on it or not based on the facts. Not forced on it because my dr refused to do another lap unless I went on Lupron for a second time. Which after she still refuses to do the surgery... So why'd I have to be on this specific drug before she told me she wasn't actually intending on helping me any further after I was on it? I definitely see the conspiracy. I just had this shot after my endomentous surgery against my about 3 weeks ago and I am in horrible pain, so depressed that can't sleep or get out of bed and I cry non stop and think about killing my self i have already been in the hospital twice. I suffer from depression already and told the doctor I have been put in mental hospital the last time I tried a hormone shot. I am also have migraines and numbness of the face fainting, numb feet, itching, rashes, lumps, bloating, over eating, bloating, weight gain, heavy bleed, hair thinning, neck pain. My pain and bleeding is a 1000% worse on this and I do not trust this company at all. The FDA approves a lot of meds that is not good for us and does way more harm then good I am better off going to my local Health food store then trusting any weird hormone that FDA has approved. I told my doctor a week b4 my surgery I did not want to do the lupron shot bc the last hormone shot I tried when I was 19 did not work and he said he was not going to give it to me and then after surgery the nurse woke me up and said I had to take the shot bc that what the doctor wanted and I have been in a lot of pain since then. The second day after the shot I felt like I feel out of bed and cracked my ribs and I have also had a lot of memory problems too. There has to be a way to get this poison drug out of my system. I am a model and a dancer and I can not afford to let it ruin my career I would like to go back to work ASAP.REPORT COMMENTS

Thank god i found this site and researched for myself before agreeing to this treatment because i feel this information has truly saved my life. I am 24 years old and was diagnosed with a severe case of endometriosis in October. I have just finished my 6 month treatment with lupron and while I am not angry with my doctor, I am angry with this drug. I am again, 24 years old and can hardly walk down the stairs due to pain in my joints and bones, and have constant pain all over my body. I was given 4 months of Lupron and then my insurance wouldn't cover it anymore. The only thing this drug did for me was make me miserable and made me feel like I was dying, literally. My teeth chip constantly and I have already had to have some removed and may eventually end up with dentures. I was on lupron twice in my life time.. The first time I went all the way to the 5th shot ended up in the hospital and had a blood transfusion. . Screwed me over the 2nd time was about 5 yrs later (dec.2012 -June 2013) done lupron the whole time.. 6mths ended up on bed rest.. very sick ill.. then had surgery august 6 2013.. and I'm still recuperating from it.. I'm still fatigue. . Still bloated and right bk to hurting worse.. i lost my life..i lost some of my hair, i have memory loss now, i have major bones loss cuz of the bone density loss, majorly mood swings, hot flashes, one thing after another. . I'm slowly getting it bk... it's takes so much life out of u.. but it was my only option according to my doctor.. so I did it.. now i struggle daily to have a life.. to do the things i normal should be doing.. its a pain daily...
