Lupron, Leuprolide needs to be taken completely off the market immediately with out delay until "Protection Law" is implemented!

I was given lupron 3month injection before my hysterectomy for symptoms of severe anemia and pelvic pain from "presumed fibroids". Lupron was supposed to shrink my fibroids. Less than one year later started to fracture every 3 months and has not stopped. Have multiple rib and vertebral fractures. Lupron has destroyed my health and on top of that my fibroids were really a rare deadly sarcoma contained in my uterus although he reassured me I could not have cancer. I'm 32 and my spine doctor was shocked at the state of the discs in my spine. I have no family history of spine issues, nor do I do hard labor, yet I have Disc Degeneration Disease, all due to the use of the very poisonous Lupron. There is no other cause that could be to blame, I even have an identical twin sister who has no issues, she also never took Lupron. I also have auto-immune problems that plague me. I was pressured to take this when I went to GYNO expressing my concerns of having endometriosis.I went home and looked it up and was horrified and the at the flat out greediness adn selfishness that has kept this drug on the market at the expense of the health of countless people. I appreciate modern medicine but I do not appreciate dishonesty. I had gone in on June 20th 2014 for an evaluation of my fibroid. I saw Dr. Larry R. Hess at the Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center Obstetrician and Gynecology Department. As this being my first time seeing this doctor, I simply wanted to discuss my options regarding my fibroid. I mentioned to Dr. Hess what were the possibilities of me getting pregnant, if I wanted to have children. He said I had zero chance of getting pregnant and even if I went through IVF, In Vitro Fertilization, he said the baby would not be mine. I found this extremely disconcerting. We discussed having a hysterectomy and he proceeded to check me without a nurse in the room. He then proceeded to hand me a mirror and told me to say yes or no, I am not sure what type of physiological approach Dr. Hess had in mind but only to then quickly tell me his nurse could administer a shot in which the fibroid would shrink. I made myself very clear and told Dr. Hess I was extremely sensitive to medications to be exact, I said I am not a good one for medications. All I remember is his nurse administering a shot. I was not given the name of the medication nor given any information such as side effect regarding the shot. Later to find out on my own the shot was Leuprolide/Lupron. Shortly thereafter I started experiencing the most horrific side effects. I had crying spells that lasted 2 weeks and the worst migraines anyone could ever imagine. I stated having allergies and sinus problems, my right eye felt droopy and intense pain in my head that lasted for weeks. I then broke out on both hands with a horrible rash both palms were raw. I did go to urgent care and they told me it was eczema, I had never had eczema. Feeling as though I was walking on a fine wire and at the same time could not keep my eyes open from feeling complete exhaustion. The scariest part is when I stated having severe chest pains and found it very difficult to breathe. I was wheezing and my upper chest was so tight I could not take a full breath. I was never told that I would immediately go into menopause and that my ovaries would stop producing estrogen. I stopped getting my period and have gained weight as a result of this. Prior to this shot I was a healthy and active person, a marathon runner? I did email Dr. Hess regarding the side effects and his response was that he left some things out and to come back in so he could regain my trust. I am still not back to normal and am fearful of when these side effects will go away. This Lupron is poison and it is my understanding that doctors get kickbacks from administering it. I also wanted to mention I have since seen another Doctor, Dr. Seth Kivnick West Los Angeles Kaiser. I expressed concern that I still have not gotten my period back. I am experiencing a lot of aches and joint pains that I never had prior to the Lupron shot. I am very worried as I know Lupon causes Osteoporosis by the early onset of menopause. I have been checking on line ever since the computer generation hit over this drug.. I tell every doctor I have ever had that I have taken this drug!! and I never get any reaction..I am floored it took so long for this to surface I was and am always wondering if there is ever going to be a lawsuit about this drug it was so horrible.. I knew it was bad from the beginning IT WAS THAT HORRIBLE! In my gut I knew I should not have been taking it but at the time and all my life I had very bad endometriosis and in 1990 a doctor after a laparoscopy gave me a script for 12 months obviously overdosed me.. My husband gave them to me every month. The shots hurt so badly every month not to mention that my insurance wouldn't cover it so we had to pay out of pocket $500.00 a moth. But we wanted to get pregnant so badly and couldn't and was told this would be the solution. I was not monitored at all and was told it was safe. It was the most horrible experience of my life. The mood swings, hot flashes etc.. I am surprised my husband still wanted to marry me. I got pregnant right afterwards and had a beautiful baby girl that has significant learning and emotional disabilities.. I was never told to wait to get pregnant I don't know if there is any correlation between the two.. I know I suffered and still do from major depression & serious panic issues.. , also major teeth issues during and ever since.. I also have eye issues (glaucoma) THIS DRUG NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF THE MARKET ASAPREPORT COMMENTS

my healthy 8 year old child was put on Lupron for over 2 years. She now at 16 has fibromyalgia, TMJ, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, hot flashes, migraines, depression, you name it! We should have been warned that this was a chemo drug. Her doctor Dr. Bloch in Denver told us there were no side effects and that she would be taking a hormone that her body already produces. She is miserable and now has a diminished outlook on her future. She should be compensated for all past and future medical expenses and given disability since she can barely do a push up. I have constant joint pain, severe short term memory loss, migraines, hot flushes, and major teeth problems-breaking while eating soft foods!
