Difficulty with high BP, anxiety, and chest pain since I started treatment. The Dr. denied that any of these issues were associated with the shot, even though they began right after the first shot. Records of BP at dr. Office show the trend. Pit is hard when your doctors won't even listen.

This toxic drug does not removed or passed from the body. There are no antidote for it and side effects are debilitating and PERMANENT! I don't care what the doctors say. It's attacking and destroying every single system of my body! Save others live, DON'T take this drug if you don't want to suffer rest of your life. This POISON should be taken of the market ASAP!

I have had the 6 shots and it has been the worse 2 months!! I will never take this shot again. I have emoitional breakdowns, my fiance is ready to go his seperate way, I am depressed, I have night sweats, I have lost sensation in my left arm. I started to try and do everything I can to get this killer drug out of my system, but I guess it lingers for awhile. What is more frustrating is every month I told the nurse and she said it is normal. Really, because I am completely over the edge. Any suggestions or things you have tried to get rid of this?

In my early 30's, I was given the injections twice for 3 months each following surgery for endometriosis. I was told it would help me get pregnant. I ended up needing a hysterectomy at 37, never got pregnant, had 8 surgeries total for endometriosis. Now in my mid 40's I suffer from lack of sex drive, joint pain, insomnia, migraines, and severe anxiety. My heart always felt weird while taking the injections and has not cleared up. Cardiologist say my mitral heart valve does not work properly but I don't need surgery. It makes me wonder if it is due to the injections. If I could go back, I would never had taken the shots!

I took the Lupron shots for 3 months to reduce fibroids and prepare for surgery. I have all the signs from memory loss, night sweats, hot flashes, sleep problems, mood swings, joint pain, lack of sex drive and sugar cravings. I am now off the shots but still having the symptoms. I know they are due to the shots. I was told they would go away, but after reading the reviews of some of the other petitioners, I see I will now have these issues permanently.

This injection was given to me to subside my symptoms and did the complete opposite. I have been experiencing what I interoperate as mini strokes and have been in the ER at least 5 times in less then 3 months. Each time unable to find anything besides some skips in my heart but by the that time I seemingly start coming around. My last visit the neurologist and passed it off as somatoform disorder. My life has been even more of a nightmare since this injection. I would not wish this drug upon my worst enemy. The FDA needs to swiftly ban this drug before it causes more men, woman and children to suffer from its effects.

My almost 8 year old daughter was just diagnosed with precocious puberty. Her endocrinologist ordered all necessary tests to rule put any underlying tests that may be causing the precocious puberty. Other than her slowly developing physical signs and high levels of hormones, in her blood work, she is a healthy, happy, vivacious little girl. The doc has suggested Lupron Depot Ped 11.25 milligram shots. Upon researching this medicine, it it very apparent that the potential side effects greatly outweigh the benefits. I am shocked that the doctor never mentioned the potential side effects, or sat with us to heavily process the potential risks and weigh them against the potential benefits. No other alternatives were offered. My husband and I are now seeking a second opinion and want to call on the FDA to swiftly review the effects of this drug before more men, women, and children suffer from this drug!

Since taking only 2 of the shots about six months ago for endo, I have not been the same physically or emotionally. My joints hurt, all of my muscles are aching and keeping me up all night. I am weak and fatigued non stop. I used to be a very active person and now, I'm so exhausted, my father has to help me pull my heavy, wet clothes out of the washer. Lupron has completely ruined my life.

This medicine is horrible. After the 2nd shot for an FET I had severe migraines, hip pain, left shoulder pain, severe muscle cramps, blurry vision, and left eye twitching. Dr ordered to stop taking it.

14 years ago at the age of 15, I was treated with Lupron after my first surgery for Endometriosis. I suffered many of the side effects during treatment but as years have gone by my condition has worsened. It was said that it causes hair growth which wasn't much of an issue for me until having my second child. It is now out of control & continues to grow back after laser treatment. I now suffer from tremendous bone pain & have back problems that have unfortunately gone un-diagnosed. Last year I was diagnosed with PCOS(polycystic ovary syndrome) and the Dr's continue to want to use Lupron to help treat. All these years nothing has been done to ease the pain or find the source of the problems but they keep pushing this horrible drug. I'm waiting for the day I can't move anymore or die because long term effects of all types of drugs aren't being followed up on. I've never been on long term meds except this one and apparently my symptoms don't show anything proving its a Lupron side effect. Its been 5yrs since my last surgery & I'm scheduled next month,we shall see how damaged everything is once he's in there.

I took Lupron in my 20s. I am now in my 40s and have been diagnosed with arthritis after suffering years of lower back pain. If I had been aware of this side affect, I never would have taken Lupron.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis when I was 23. After three laparoscopies, I agreed to go into the Lupron treatment. There were no other choices. I did it three times, 6 months apart from one another. Last year I had a hysterectomy at the age of 47. I am now better, but throughout the years I have had bone problems as well as loss of memory. No doctor admits to the effects of Lupron but says it could have impacted what I have now. I had had two surgeries one on each shoulder because of bone spurs, and two steroid injections on my lower back because of vertebrae joints not having a disk. Yesterday I was diagnosed with severe arthritis on my hand and may undergo surgery, but have had 3 cortisone shots. It was a choice I made many years ago to endure the pain and effects of an injection for a disease that is yet not recognized. Now I am paying the price and it is yet another painful process. I hope our leaders make a wise choice to research and provide transparent information on medications and their long term side effects.

I was given injections on two separate occasions in 1996/97. My life since has been a living nightmare........at one point, some 8 years later, my hormonal levels actually showed the opposite of what they should for the day of the month I was in!!! I was only 29 when I began....twenty years later, I still deal w/ edema, joint problems, depression and massive digestive issues (while on Lupron, it destroyed my gut so they 'solution' given to me was Prilosec.....another devilish med) My only salvation has been Naturopathic medicine and eastern therapies including herbs, acupuncture and targeted supplements. However, it is hard to keep up with these treatments as they are not included in insurance, and not readily offered in the state I currently live in. This drug, like so many others, is an abomination and we were all lab rats for the phara. company.
