A major problem with this getting approved is that you have incompetent leaders who were once MPs running your organizations. These people never had a lick of law enforcement training aside from what the military taught them. A prime example of this is the joke of a Police Academy at a Northern Maryland Army Post, which was shut down, which also was run into the ground by the most incompetent person I have ever known. These are the reasons why you will probably never see this pass. Get rid of the military trained wanna be cops and replace them with military trained and civilian trained cops, there are plenty out there.REPORT COMMENTS

A major problem is that you do not have people properly trained! A great example is the Aberdeen Proving Ground Police Academy which was shut done was a joke. It was run by a person who had no training to be a police officer. She actually told a retired NYPD Detective, he did not know what he was talking about!!!!!! This is why you are all struggling so much to get H.R. 324 approved. Get rid of the military wanna be police officer who have no idea how real police departments work and then maybe you will have a snowball's chance in hell of getting this passed!!!REPORT COMMENTS
