I believe that lifers who were arrested when they were very young need to be on the top of the list for consideration for release, due to the fact the young men & women whose brains are not full developed at the time of there crime have had a chance to mature. These people need a second chance, don't just lock the door and throw away the key. Have mercy on these inmates and there families.REPORT COMMENTS
