2000 - Came to this country legally on a H1B visa. 2005 - Applied for GC. Still waiting. Does this wait time make ourself a citizen? No way. After we get the GC (may be another 10 years?) we need to wait for another 5 years to apply for the citizenship. I have one Suggestion New category of EB7 should be designed for those who meet following conditions. 1) Who are living legally in US for more then 10 yrs. And have not been out of the country for more then 180 days aggregate during there stay. 2) Have paid taxes, SSN, Medicare during there stay. 3) Own a house in US 4) Have no Criminal record If someone meets above conditions they should be given green card under new category of EB7REPORT COMMENTS

Indians in EB3 category are suffering although they are equally or more competent than others in the same category. People are waiting in the queue for more than 10 years, with unstable life.
