Been 7 years legally in this country. I have my GC being processed in EB3 category,and I still have not got the chance to file for AOS (I 485) due to which I have not invested in real estate and my wife though qualified with an MBA still cannot work due to my work visa. Please do something and relieve us from this modern day slavery. -

Have been in the USA for more than 10 years now and applied for Green Card 7 years ago in EB3 category. I don't see any end in sight for this never ending wait. I have been in the Green Card process for the last 5years and still have to wait few more years due to the backlog process. I am not able to do any career changes and grow in my carrer since I am stuck in the Green Card Process.
