My 5 children have been ordered to be with their known abuser for nearly 3 years now. In that time DCF has found ~50 items of abuse and neglect supported against him. They have not turned anything over to the DA and are interfering with criminal prosecution for sexual abuse and showing the children child porn. He also hit them with coat hangers and has 3 items of neglect supported against him for providing alcohol to minors. He had continually for the last 15 years participated in human trafficking of his illegal immigrant siblings and he himself got caught at the boarder lied about where he was from and got deported to Mexico then entered illegally again. He skirted the system and has been on TPS that is due to expire in March. He told the children he will take them to El Salvador and has not been paying the mortgage and collecting money laundered from his brothers drug dealing to his citizens bank account. Judge Meagher accused me of having mental illness which I am learning is a common tactic of hers. I have released my medical records and submitted to NINE psychological evaluations all clearing me of mental illness. Meager called my affidavit “a bi-polar rant”. My ex put jalapeños inside me and laughed, sodomized me, raped me, and beat me. She laughed at my statement. I scored a ZERO for bi-polar in each round of evaluation. DCF’s lawyer (who had never met me) claims I am delusional and that no matter what tests say they will continue to act on the grounds that I have mental illness even though there are zero instances of me doing something that shows mental illness. DCF told my oldest if she is willing to say that she exaggerated what she reported about her father that the worker can help her to get back to me much faster. More than one worker told both my older daughters that I abandoned them, that I don’t want them, that I am having a new baby to replace them and move on without them. Another worker told my kids in front of my mother that there isn’t money for their father to buy them clothing because I stole all the family money and spent it. The above is so incredibly sick. The second oldest told her regular case worker in front of the worker who had told them that I abandoned them what was said their usually worker assured them this wasn’t the case and made disgusted face at the worker who said that to them. Two of the foster homes my girls stayed in told the girl that I abandoned them as well. What the heck is going on here??? What can I do about it??? They are interfering with criminal proceedings against father for molesting them and showing them child porn. No one should ever say such things to children especially DCF workers. Can my kids record conversations? What can I do? Meagher took away my custody. Dcf only lets me have supervised calls. My BA in in early childhood education, I am director certified in daycare, I am working on my PhD in Sociology with a focus on children and families. I have done everything Dcf and the court asked of me and then some. I’ve had enough of Meagher and her known corruption with DCF Worcester east. My children have been hit with coat hangers, left in feces, molested, exposed to porn, their Uncle and nanny encouraged to abuse them. DCF helping the abuse continue and the defamation of character that Meagher and DCF have carried out for 3 years now. There are hundreds of mothers and children Meagher and DCF Worcester east have done this to. Most don’t have the money for lawyer after lawyer and by time lose everything due to this corruption. Meagher smiles and smirks at the mothers, calls them liars, calls the children liars, refuses evidence, ignores testimony of officials, professionals, GAL, child appointed attournies, etc. something needs to be done now!!! Children are suffering and dying. -

Worcester dcf tries to get as many children as possible to bee declared ADHD, ADD, etc. Worcester dcf tries to take as many children into their custody as possible. its all about grabbing federal funding. the more children that dcf takes, the more federal funding they get. the more psychological disorders they can get labeled on a child , the more money they get.. most dcf caseworkers are not married, have no children , and hence have now idea or knowledge about parenting or proper childcare other than what they read in a college textbook. when the child died in Fitchburg, MA. and the governor then increased the dcf budget, most case workers were paid $49,000 per year, after the budget increase, those same workers are earning $76,000 per year plus many perks that are kept secrey from the public. Worcester dcf workers have no problem walking into court and committing perjury. many decisions made by dcf about children in their care have caused irrepairable psychological and emotional harm to the children in their custody that no amount of intensive trauma therapy can repair. dcf also likes to demand gynelogical exams and HIV and HPV shots to young children between 8 and 15 years old-THAT ARE NOT EVEN SEXUALLY ACTIVE. Dcf appears to have simularities to sadist groups and pedophile ring. Worcester dcf needs much more oversite and a complete overhaul. cut-off the federal funding and then watch the amount of children in dcf custody or care plummet. Everybody is in on this scam-courts, judges, many lawyers, etc. I could write a book on this. keep calling your senators and state reps and the governors office and dont stop calling till you see positive changes. If they wont help, then vote them out of office in the next election. And make the problems known by networking and social media social media. the worst thing that a person or organization can do is harm a child in any way (physically, sexually, psycholgically emotionally, etc. Worcester dcf makes decisions that rape children psychologically and emotionally.REPORT COMMENTS

Sadly, DCF is corrupt all over the state. They do not comply with their own standards and procedures. My children were removed due to allegations of abuse despite physical evidence not supporting the allegations. Unfortunately, this was during the height of DCF's investigation. I did everything they asked of me and even went above and beyond. My worker was not a licensed social worker during the time she handled my case, she met with me less than half the times she was supposed to, and failed to work with me on the DCF service plan. Instead of doing their job correctly, they used my children as a number to report to the state to say they removed children from a dangerous home and placed them in a safe environment. I tried several times reaching out to supervisors and ombudsman, but all they gave me were excuses and a runaround.REPORT COMMENTS

I can support that DCF in Massachusetts is a corrupt agency. I have been harassed by them numerous time for bogus reports and they were all unsupported cases. And then they would try to reopen cases for cases already not supported! I know numerous people who have had their children taken away instead of being helped and offered assistance and put them in abusive fosterhomes worse off then they were. She was a 3.7 GPA college student but has since dropped out because she was trying to comply with all their requirements. My grandsons are now in foster care, and DCF refuses to let me and my husband (their grandfather) be the kinship foster grandparents. I am a mother of 5 with a BA in early childhood education and working towards a PhD in Sociology with a focus on family and childhood. My ex is an abusive illegal immigrant who skirted the system and got TPS. He was so completely uninvolved that he couldn’t answer what hair and eye color his children have nor their birthdates. He didn’t know how had an epi-pen or why not what one was or how to use one. Meagher gave him full custody although DCF already had been involved within the 1st week he had temporary orders for custody. They found him in 27 items of investigated and supported neglect (3 for providing alcohol for minors). Fast forward to nearly 3 years later and he has over 50 items of supported neglect and abuse, is under criminal investigation with the DA for child porn, molestation, and abuse (hits them with coat hangers on a regular). My oldest 2 daughters are in foster care and my youngest 3 are still in his “care” but in the custody of the state. DCF won’t even let me speak to my kids becuase they claim I have a mental illness as this was the claim of Judge Denise Meagher (as she has done to many other good mothers). I have had 7 psych evals all clearing my name. It is clear defamation of character. DCF tells my friends “I am unstable and off my meds” I hold a 3.97 GPA I am married and have had the same friends for over 10 years. I worked full time as a scientist. Dcf is failing our kids! I am Wish I could say that DCF has done a great job in offering me and my family support, but truth be told they have done anything but. They play mind games and lie through their teeth rather then cut to the chase about what they want done. They withhold the service plan and and since you didn’t follow their Service plan they remove your children. The saddest part of it all is my children will suffer trauma due to the removal and no therapy to assist with the emotions that followed that. Dcf is in no way helpful or resourceful. She's now guardian and none of the court orders have been upheld by guardian or dcf, same thing with guardianship agreement. No supervised visitations, no contact with my daughter. worst part is that my daughter has been in an unhealthy and emotionally and psychologically damaging environment and no one cares. itd be easier and healthier for everyone to grant the visitation to alleviate her trauma. 2016 April, DCF kidnapped my son in an effort to subvert a 6 month physical contact. Being active duty military, I had limited visitation. They worked in concert with my ex to have our then 6 year old placed in a psychiatric ward in Vermont, with out court order in clear violation of the custody agreement. I left the military under medical disability in order to spend time with our son as he was six years old and removed to another state without access to family. Charlie Baker promised by July of the Year baby Bella died three years ago then he would make sure every agent was license he obviously lied and obviously Warren doesn't care Kennedy doesn't care nobody cares the agent that came after me had no license no background and battered women now my son is with the abusive parent is he still abuses me I believe the government I blame Charlie Baker I blame Elizabeth Warren you let this happen. Now on the 26th or whole bunch of new nitwits under the age of 22 with no children and no experience are going to be destroying people's lives and more children will die because Charlie Baker didn't care and neither do any of you if you think I'm going to sit back and keep my mouth shut your wrong you've never met anybody like me I don't have anything to lose I'm ****ed off they got my son he still terrorizes me and nobody does a damn thing but these little b****** just out of college make twice as much as I do because now I have post-traumatic stress disorder blamed solely on the abuse I took from my ex and losing my son to that abusive son of a b****. Well I'm done keeping quiet I kept quiet for 2 years hoping that Charlie Baker would do the right thing but all he cares is his stupid opiate thing good I'm glad he cleared the streets of drugs now can he stop men from beating women and maybe save some children along the way or is he a lying sack of s*** I am ****ed off that I go on Facebook in the first thing I see August 26th bring your resume all you need is a bachelor's degree license preferred but not necessary are you freaking kidding me I would do a better job than any of those nitwits because I have been apparent I have been in the Foster system and I have been a battered women I don't qualify because I've been all of those things how dare you let this happen you are all to blame. Just to let you know when I called the governor's office they didn't care they said it wasn't their problem. They didn't care she hung up on me and so I wrote a letter and I guarantee that even won't even be seen you have no idea how angry I am and as of the 26th a bunch of new little twenty-two-year-old freaking morons are going to let children die and think they're cops when they're not destroy families destroy lives kill children let women be beaten to death and it's going to be on you I hope you sleep well at night knowing that you cause baby bellias death. I have no doubt you'll end up causing mine if my ex gets to me because DCF would not help me bunch of little cop wannabes and that is exactly what the Plymouth County Sheriff's Department called the agents little cop wannabes you're paying them $52,000 a year to destroy lives without a license are you kidding me I am not going to shut my mouth I want to scream this all over the goddamn country and it's your fault it is your fault. I am treated like there's something wrong with me I am treated like I'm crazy by people I love because I've been abused because I've been raped because my son was taken from me by my abuser my doctor puts it in writing that this is why I have post-traumatic stress disorder this was done to me and still nobody cared not one person care this is just me no imagine what my son is going to grow into if he is stuck with him aside from being beaten every other day when he gets a little bit older get him out of that house and you do something about this you do something about these licenses do your goddamn jobs I guarantee you you will not be elected again I have one big f****** mouth.
