The dcf in lowell is skeptical. They dismissed a case when there was enough evidence. Urgent care reported it under her mothers custody and the case worker said there wasn't enough evidence and was unprofessional acting recklessly. This woman became crazy after she met with my ex and who knows what she told her . This case worker started Calling me (the father) off hours that I can't bring my lawyer to the meeting. Dcf has NEVER given me an adequate answer as to WHY this has all occurred. WHY my child has been removed from my care. Or why she can't even come back home ever, which is what they've been telling me since day 1. Over four and a half years ago. YES, THEY ARE A JOKE. AND A FAILURE TO OUR CHILDREN. I had my 6 old son taken from me after my ex husband was arrested because I am disabled and my son has autism. I had someone stay with me to help me with my son and spoke directly to the social workers. They lied to a judge telling him I was alone and returned to my home with the police and literally ripped my son out of my arms, while they surrounded me in my driveway like a common criminal! I have been threatened by DCF that they are going to adopt my son out. Like this is a cure for autism! His first week in custody he was in the hospital for dehydration. Then he was placed in a group home for psychologically disturbed kids ! My son can’t talk. And now they are saying because I can’t run after him I’m an unfit mother! They have immunity from the law here. We need to go after them and remove each persons license so they can’t do this to another family. I had my first social worker fired because they violated my constitutional rights . It’s been 18 months and I’m still fighting to get custody back!REPORT COMMENTS

I learned that my children's mother was granted a restraining order against me.WHILE I WAS LIVING IN FLORIDA and she was in Massachusetts.When I returned 5 years later my X managed to accumulate multiple child abuse,neglect & endangerment charges against her all supported for such by Fall River D.C.F.With the same 3 children that she claimed were in danger from there father.Meanwhile,Judge Smola has AGAIN denied my right to vacate this restraining order.Tell me again how D.C.F. & the courts are here to help.I learned that my children went into dog cages for punishment.The X,an L.P.N. in New Bedford & her husband an E.M.T. in N B. we're both charged with these abuses.3 children have been removed now from her home.Meanwhile,yep the restraining order continues.WHERE IS THE JUSTICE OR FOR THAT MATTER THE COMMON SENSE.REPORT COMMENTS
