I had to make a Sophie's choice I chose to adopt my daughter out in order to save my son from being in foster care until he was eighteen because he has disabilities I was told that I look bad on paper and it would be best for me to adopt my daughter out so I can get my boys back. I also have been a victim of the state taking my children. I now have them back(after a year of battling). I have never abused or neglected my children. That's the thing the department is not for "strengthening children and families ", it's about power and money. More kids they steal, more money states receive. They take information twist the truth, falsify records, purge themselves in court. There is no oversight, dcf's word is good and the judge is in their pocket. The justice system for juvenile court is hidden because of children need to be protected therefore no-one really knows what is going on. Family and friends believing "well ts must have done something wrong to get your kids taken". I honestly was one of those people. Now a class action is in order. Parents who are enduring their children in state custody are frightened to fight. I was scared. Now that kids are back with me it's time for me to help advocate. The system is broken, I can't wait for someone else to "fix" this. Also, something else tgat is NOT talked about is :Our children are in a database. If you get your children removed, have them in therapy, any type of public assistance ESPECIALLY Masshealth your children are in the database. Disturbing. I have a lot more to day. I’ve been fighting the system for 3 years I had a raid in my house drugs were found kids were taken I since then have been found not guilty of anything for that case so now it goes to me smoking marijuana like seriously I have depression and anxiety and I’m very sensitive to medications so why am I being taken away from my children for a legal drug in mass for a valid reason so now I’m unstable when I had my 4 kids I smoked and still did what a mother does just a whole lot calmer so now they want my babies to be adopted for no reason I can’t get shelter or anything unless I have my kids I need my kids they love me and I love them dcf does not care they get paid to take parents children even if they don’t deserve to this is not right the system definitely is corrupted to the fullest but you see other people who don’t deserve their kids have them they r backwards doing more damage and pain then anything good they’re destroying happy family’s and causing children to have more problems if I can take care of 4 kids before while smoking I can do it now something has to change the children are the ones who suffer in the endREPORT COMMENTS

Her two older children where given to there father of proof a neglect while my son was there. Now her boyfriend's son on a court order is not allowed to be left alone with her. PCF came in my home on December 8th and accused me of beating my four-year-old stepson giving him a black eye with absolutely no evidence and gave them to the people who are known to file false 51 a's. My wife is disabled. I exhausted all of my funds and time trying to get my kids back before Christmas I would never lay a hand on a four-year-old child I miss him so much his father died last year of a heart attack but I'm wondering if That was foul play. My stepdaughter doesn't even have any connections to the family She is in custody with with her brother they have for wind our lives not only DCF but his dead Fathers family. Harrassed my disabled wife for over 2 years . DCF exonerated us last may of any wrongdoing yet they give custody to these same ppl who abused a disabled woman. The same man who beat these kids the last time they were with him. His girlfriend is now the foster parent. He and the girlfriend live with each other. I wasn't allowed to take him because i live next door.yes you heard it right .i live next door.Then I'm told i can't even take the child unless i have supervised visitation,again because i live next door.Then i find out the childs mothers father and his girlfriend, who isn't even a US citizen,are also custodians of the child.They live in a trailer park off Rt 20 in Worcester.What is wrong with this picture?Ooops hold on,after living a month with the Grandmother and her boyfriend ,DCF deceided to give custody to the other Grandfather and his Canadian girlfriend in the trailer park.I;ve called DCF several times and they never call back.This little boy is being bounced around like a ball.from one place to another place to another place ,none of which are the right place,can you imagine whats going on in this little guys mind.He has everything here at my home ,his own room ,his dog ,his chickens ,a large fenced in yard and most importantly the love and care this little boy needs.I am retired after 42 years with National Grid ,brought up three children on my own ,worked hard for everything i own.Never got involved with drugs .I haven't slept since all this started ,the worst being this supervised visitation,it makes me feel like some kind of criminal.DCF definatly doesn't look out for the best interest of the child ,check their track record .REPORT COMMENTS

Its an atrocity! They stole my breastfeeding feeding baby from the Breast of a dying mother. DCF destroyed our relationship claiming because of a 15-year-old accusation that I might commit a crime in the future. I have no criminal history, no charges pending, never been in prison. I’ve never been convicted of a crime. But because of an allegation, not regarding my family over 15 years ago, I am not allowed to have a family and they are planning on adopting my children out if mom dies of her rare disease. She is a fantastic mother, never hit the children, always hiking with them, camping with them, always on adventures. There is no one in the in the entire world that has anything negative to say about her. We are fantastic parents! Now our children are devistated and our almost two year old is banging is head in frustration and has been moved 9 times in the foster care system and abused and neglect from foster parents and physically abuse by other kids!REPORT COMMENTS

Instead we were homeless taking over by criminals everything tacken from us an treaded like criminals. With know regard to our children’s needs. My husband crying an saying I don’t understand we did nothing wrong , we did everything they said. They told us we could not stay in my biological mothers house we had only met six months ago. While fighting for my life undergoing surgery after surgery three more to go. Treated like fugitives based on the words of my biological mother who we found out is a drug dealer who was busted two years prior. We were horrified an crippled me being deathly ill our sons needs. Who always received the best care ABA in home care. Harvard working in our home with or other son who completed amazing things that we could not speak of because of the disclosures we had to sign. We called our so called case worker Cassandra from Braintree stating we can’t even get into a shelter please help us . Phone call after phone call it was horrific. Then to be contacted an be told because we our homeless our children our in jeapordy an serious allegations have been filed an our parental rights could be terminated. To be on deaths door an fighting for your life an your biological mother will take your children. To be hunted like criminals even after sending them 300 pages of my sons records. To be hung up on by Adam the so called director at the Braintree office. He did not want to hear it an it was not his concern. They truly our the most corrupt agencies . You have no rights they need no evidence they must be stopped. Asking us to drive two hours so they can see our sons. Slandering our names junkies thieves my husband kidnapping us. Stating they have allegations I’m unstable druggie who abuses my sons an my husband abuses us. We have lost our home all our belongings my husbands car they stole. We our still realing having to seek sanctuary in Rhodeisland were we were treated with so much kindness an respect. Stating if we need anything at all given food clothing shelter. She has lost ALL rights to those 3 kids in MA but nh dcyf is letting her keep her 2 new ones ( one being inbred) with major mental issues. I thought she was going into a program to evaluate her meds instead they placed her w/her best friends mother who is inappropriate nd disrespectful towards my daughter's condition nd our relationship which in turn has pulled my daughter nd I so far apart we actually don't have a relationship anymore! We went back for the 120 days after court date nd DCF's report didn't mention anything about my daughter viloating her order or increased poor behavoir towards me nd her little sister which was the problem from day 1 nd they covered up any incompetency of their Dept. But she definitely reported that my behavoir was so inappropriate that the judge wanted to turn the case into a Care nd protection! I have had a few outburst towards this woman cz she is deceitful nd incompetent! Her actions have been so inappropriate to me nd her constantly defending the poor behavoir of my daughter nd the non "kinship" placement of my daughter has been irrational to me! I have never dealt w/such carelessness nd disregard to my personal dignity. There has never been any concerns against me as a mother in 16yrs nd now thus villianized me nd has encouraged my daughters poor choices nd behavoir to the point that now my 9yr old is in danger! I can't work with ppl of such vile nature nd dishonesty! I'm truly at my wit's end! I asked the courts to help w/my outta control dangerous teenager nd have been completely failed by this broken system! My 9 yr old is devastated nd it's completely depressing me! I will never have faith in the system nd never advise any1 to volunteer for these disgusting backwards services!! Never let dcf in your home unless warranted. By letting them in your home you give them an opportunity to say that your home is a mess, untidy, that they saw alcohol, and medications visible and within reach of child, no child locks on cabinets, open windows where a child could fall out, etc. DCF shows up at your door for only one reason, to find evidence that you are an unfit parent and that your home is not safe for a child, that you dont speak appropriately to your child, etc. If your home is neat and tidy and you are an excellent mom then many DCF investigators and social workers will simply fabricate evidence to use against you in court. 90% of DCF workers and investigators are corrupt-rotten to the core. They live in their own matrix and choose to ignore the spiritual realm in which we all truly live. Yes there are some DCF employees who care about children and families. Do you really want to play Russian roulette with your children and family by letting a DCF employee into your home? If they had enough evidence to kidnap your child, they would have shown up with a court order and police. the fact that the social worker showed up alone indicates they don't have enough evidence to commit a court ordered kidnapping of your child. Whenever DCF shows up at your door without a warrant, give them your lawyers business card and tell The dcf worker to contact your lawyer. If you are low income, jobless, on disability, or live in low income housing or a poor neighborhood, DCF will prey on you upon the first complaint they receive. once DCF has custody of your child, it is highly possible that your child will suffer irrepairable emotional and psychological harm of which no amount of intensive trauma therapy can fix. Once DCF obtains custody , they will attempt to alienate you from your child, and say nasty things about you to your child. My investigation of DCF employees in Worcester, MA. office indicates that some of these workers had suffered traumatic childhoods including rape and incest and therefore prey on children in vengeance for their own destroyed childhood. A high percentage of Worcester, MA. DCF workers are not married, have no children and haven't got the slightest clue about childcare and what it takes to be a good parent. Be relentless in continuously contacting your state representatives, state Senators and governor by telephone. There is nothing worse that a human can do than to hurt a child or to make a decision that results in the harm of a child. In the words of Jesus, it would be better if that person would hang a millstone around their own neck and be tossed into the ocean than for that person to hurt a child.
