My rights were terminated over a filthy house. Yes my house was dirty, but my abusive ex husband got the kids because he"was employed, had a job and the house(foreclosed) and he was "a good dad" according to the courts. If he's a good dad, why is he in prison now? For offenses against minors ?my rights were terminated in Antrim County Michigan. Now both of my children are adopted. Because I had no rights I was not even informed about the adoption. 11 years after my rights were terminated, 2 years after they were adopted my children want me to be part of their lives.. legally I can not. But they also wanna come home.. I do not have anything on my records. I have worked doing in home care, but can't have my own children..?? Please seriously, false accusations hurt the children and the parents too. Feel free to contact me by email : rellyann@hotmail.com No attorney will touch my case without at least a thousand dollars. Child abuse charges are so easy to get these days based on nothing more than an accusation from a vindictive ex. Attorneys are expensive as well as the court process and poor parents have been forced to plea to a wrongful charge. Innocent parents have lost their children as well as their freedom. My three daughters were stolen by the State of NC. Harnett County CPS to be exact. I have the transcripts to prove the CPS worker lied and it was brought to the judges attention. Nothing was done. My rights were terminated and my children were adopted out.REPORT COMMENTS
