My rights were terminated and my appeal not in my favor now to the supreme court the charges they alleged were not proven and I completed what they wanted they didnt even call her granmother in Louisiana they put her in foster care when I say my heart is broken it is this is my Olivia Renee' please anybody if you can help me please they took my heartbeat -

The 1st time I said her name,Gabriel,she opened up one eye for her 1st look and it was me, erasing all wounds and scars left by 22 yrs wasted caged with violence, death and brutality.She would only sleep upon my chest that 1st yr.Nxt 8 we were 2 peas-n-apod.A Daddy's dream so lovely, smart,funny,caring,happy. In 5mo span she lost all she knew /loved.Her animals.Granma and Nana die,Dad on parole last 16yrs, in shock is 10 days late parole-jailed.Take my child neg. superv, cuz I had no place for her to go.No visits said afraid i hurt foster parents,120 letters she never got,told her i was in jail not getting out.Stolen/sold as are thousands.Voiceless and hidden under a filthy cloak of legality. Children parents alike are scarred but remain Child,Mom,Dad. Let her have a mom,a chance to be happy their words to the jury. Everywhere I look she's there, each thought,asleep or awake...always a part of me. I have custody of my granddaughters and have had them for 3 yrs there mother lost them because she was doing every drug u could think of and the judge had give her doers for drug tests and rehab or she would lose them and we walked out of the courtroom and she yelled can't I just give them to her talking about me and there was welfare workers and lawyers and everyone in the hall of the courthouse when she said it and then said I'm hungry. I'm going to eat I said what about what the judge told u to do she said I'm not doing all that and she's still doing heroin and drinks like a fish but I would give anything to see her change she's 23 and.she's an alcoholic and has liver damage and her kydneys are bad she's a mess but I know her kids love her no matter what so for all u mothers fighting to get ur kids back don't ever give up they need u and if ur stable and drug free u should get them back God Bless and goodluck to u all..REPORT COMMENTS
