The judge said I was too little to late, family service never attempt to help me in any fashion, the caseworkers lied on and to the judge to cover up what they didn't do ordered by the courts. Everything was done so foul, my child was abused while she was in fostercare...seen the bruises at our vist and all they did was moved her to another home and covered it up as if me and my older kids was crazyREPORT COMMENTS

For the state to take away children from their families due to false allegations or to not reinstate the the parental bond after the situation that may have been risky once the parents have corrected their behavior is unethical and the state has to much power. It is in my opinion that reinstatement of parental rights should be allowed to individuals that were wrongfully or unconstitutionally terminated on. My babies were taken from me for environmental neglect and I remedied those issues I have held a job and don't do drugs or alcohol. They terminated on me due to no vehicle and no childcare and that is absurd they were allowed to tear my family apart and emotionally damage me and my children. They took my infant son from at the time of his birth because they said since my other kids were in custody they were allowed to remove him as well and terminated my right for him only after 4 months. The Caseworker told the judge during court that since our children were smart, beautiful, well behaved, and no mental illnesses that it would be easy to adopt them out. I feel violated and wrong and something should be done about this.REPORT COMMENTS

My children were terminated by Crawford County Dhs in Arkansas. The grounds were because we did not have our own vehicle although there is public transportation in our city and also for not having a baby sitter when my spouse and I work different shifts so we really don't need one. Also because they said we had too many children (we have 6). Our termination was unconstitutional and unlawful in our opinion and are currently seeking a lawyer for an appeal. I think every state should allow the parent if all problems resolved should be given the chance to get the children back into the home or at least be allowed visitation.REPORT COMMENTS
