I have 2 children taken from me 4 years ago and cyfd forced me to sign over my rights and upon doung so found out my son was sexually abused while in cyfd custody n one foster home and placed in another where he was physically abused so bad the tips of his ear lobes were black cuz foster parent who is an attorney in county I live in would grab him by ears when my son would flush toilet 2 times and cyfd thinks that's better than being with me something has to b done to stop cyfd from hurting our innocent children and I will do whatever it takes to get my babies back -

I'm fighting to get my two boys home. My daughter aged out but I'm going against two offices. Nueces county & Bastrop county, Texas. I'm planning to go to Washington DC to fight to get my son's home. I made a promise to my kids that I will never give up. I could write a book of how I was treated since 2007. I'm a widowed mom who has one of my boys with special needs. He is now 15 with down syndrome & autism. I was threatened. Home broken into without a warrant. Kids Stolen from school. Caseworkers lied to me. Neighbors & others made false reports. My rights were Illegally terminated because I'm poor & at the time of my last hearing I was living with my older son & they said it wasn't enough. I didn't have my own place at the time because they put my family thru alot & I wanted to try to make a better life for my kids so I moved & things went downhill after. Had left the last place because I was threatened & had no help.REPORT COMMENTS

Foraced adoption is wrong. Children and their parents according the US Constitution are guaranteed their inalienable right to be together as a family. This is a sacred rightnot to be easily taken away by anyone. There definitely should be a hearing with a jury to decide if there is to be any termination. Clear personal documented evidence needs to be presented for any accusation of inability to parent. Right now hearsay, lying, fabrication of stories, personal bias against anyone with disabilities, refusal by any witness, including cps worker, to follow court order ( our caseworker refused to follow court orders five different times making it impossible for my daughter to accimplish everything she was supposed to and allowing her only 29 hours visitation time with her son in one whole year when the commissioner had court ordered 40 hours a month every month during that same year.My daughter;s parental rights were terminated with the decision based on made up stories, accusations against my daughter that were proved untrue in the TPR court hearing by testimony by creditable professional witnesses.REPORT COMMENTS

DCFS is very corrupt in Macon County, IL. My sister has been fighting over 3 years now to get her 3 daughters back. They have lied to her over and over again. She has done everything to get them back from the parenting classes, counseling, drug testing, etc and still they won't give them back. Watch out for a woman who is a supervisor at DCFS named Kimerly Taylor. She is very corrupt and is trying to sell my sister's youngest daughter to foster parents. The Judge Little is corrupt as well. It is time for the laws to change. Parents should have more rights then criminals, not the other way around.REPORT COMMENTS

This law should be twofold, first in establishing a higher amount of accountability within the Family Courts. The second part should be the establishment of guidelines that lead to individual States clearly defining the steps an specific parent must complete in order to be eligible for reinstatement of Parental Rights. An additional provision could even be made to protect the victims of abuse that had been proven to be committed knowingly & willfully, so as to prevent actual abusers from exploiting reinstatement laws.REPORT COMMENTS
