8 years CPS took my kids and terminated my rights. The judge ordered them to do a bunch of stuff that they never did, lied right in court said they did, made it impossible for me to do what they had on their list. Now that my rights have been terminated and I have tried to move on with my life (which means burying my own memories so my heart isn't always breaking in to pieces and I can SOMEWHAT Function). All these years later my son finds me online. I agree that it is time though I am crying the entire 5 minutes we are on the phone. Now, because CPS terminated my rights he sends me a text that he is going out bike riding, text ya back in a few hours, a week later and the foster mother wont let him talk to me, wont answer her phone, won't let him get online all because I am the big, bad bio mom that is so bad that I have no rights anymore. What's sad is that she will probably just throw him out in a month or 2 anyways. Why not let him talk to me ON MY dime? Sadly, he lives in one of the 37 states that don't have the laws passed yet so it is not like I am going to have my son back any time soon yet anyways. Maybe his next foster home will be more understanding

My fiance spent months desperately contacting his ex in an attempt to see his daughter. She refused and finally served him with a court summons to have his parental rights terminated. She played the part of the young, single mother and argued in court that he did not truly love his daughter, that he sent his child support but had not actually seen his daughter in months. In this country full of sympathy for mothers fighting the ever-despised "dead-beat Dads," no amount of explaining the real situation or attempts to convince the court he loved his child made a difference. The judge ruled in her favor, then the mother's new husband adopted my fiance's daughter, changed her last name, and erased all trace of my fiance from her records. Occasionally, my fiance will run into his daughter around town. The first time this happened, she was with her mother and "father." The three-year-old raced for my fiance, screaming, "Daddy!" only to have her mother drag her back screaming, "No! That man was never your Daddy! This, is your Daddy!" Nearly two years have passed since then, and recently she came into his place of employment. She stared at him in excited shock, questioning, "Daddy?!" in disbelief, before she was snatched away by her aunt who yelled at this tiny, five-year-old girl, "No! That's not your Daddy anymore! You have a new Daddy!" In all of the time that I have know him, nothing lights up my fiance's face as much as when he talks about his daughter. And nothing upsets and depresses him as much as Father's Day.

I am currently in a battle against CPS because of false allegations and them trying to terminate mine and my husbands parental rights. I strongly believe that something needs to be done to stop the violation of our rights. It is not only affecting parents it is hurting and causing lasting damage on the children involved.

I hope and pray a law like this could be passed because every child needs to know and be with biological parents. My children are out there and I look for them everyday and my dream of us being united will be answered. ST

Its a legal market for children. The children that are in danger go unrecognized til they end up dead cause the system is to busy prowling and prying on young babies for the greater chance of sell.
