In juvenile dependency case for san Bernardino, CA. I did not get a fair trial or did my court appointed attorney fight to show cause or demand proof of false statements and making stories of restraining orders and criminal record. Yet I aam not able to get this dismissed yet I have no past arrest or ever been arrested. I have lost my 4 kids to cps, the judge took my rights away. I have my kids back in my care for two months doing outstanding and my kids and I were so happy to be together again. We were being a family again. Then cps took my daughter from school and my other three from daycare. My kids were so lost and confused. I was going crazy not knowing what was going on. My kids are in separate homes and now that my rights are terminated I have no contact with them. I miss them so much and I am going to do whatever it takes to get them back. CPS is wrong for what they did. Now they get their brownie points and move on, The day of my last court when my rights were terminated, I was crying so hard and my caseworker just looks to CPS District Attorney and says "We did good in there" and laughs. They make me sick and are the most evil people.REPORT COMMENTS

It Does Happen. If you haven't had to endure it or close to someone who has you will never believe, understand, care or do anything about it. We are asking you to Please hear our stories & than make your judgment. Our family as well as the Foster Care Family has substantial amounts of evidence that will clearly prove our serious accusations. The Problem; There Is Not 1 Person That Hold's CPS (Child Protective Service's) Employee's Accountable, Therefor, Allows For These Employee's To Continue To Abuse The Power They Hold In Their Position Of Employment. I was a Victim of domestic violence and I had 3 of my children taken from me because I allowed my abuser into my apartment. My middle child was disabled and because of his disability I was forced to sign away my parental rights on him or lose all of my children. How can a court force a mother to make a decision like that. I want justice for what they did and I want my son home where he belongs. I will continue to do whatever it takes to make sure what has happened to me and my family be known and to assure this doesn't happen to another family.REPORT COMMENTS
