I worked my butt off taking care of 7 children for 7 years. The only people who helped me was my parents. How is it that its supposed to be against the law to kidnap children yet Dhs gets paid to do it. I was an awesome mom. I dont care what anybody thinks or says about me. My kids were and still are my number 1. My world. Thiugh they took them my kids will never forget me no matter how hard they try. My oldest 3 are still bouncing around in foster homes and its been 4 years. Im lost without my kids. What I would do for one more chance. Yea I screwed up I know that but my kids were healthy, happy and loved. I can only imagine what they go through. 7 years is a long time to just forget or move on. I know it would be easier on them if I could just see them once or twice a month. My kids know I didnt just give up. I wouldnt do that. I had a public defender and i tried to petition the court but my public defender never called or even talk to me. I signed that paper though. Never even bothered letting me take it to the top. Cause i would. Im poor I may not be rich but I love my kids with every piece of my heart. Please just one more chance. I really dont have a reason or will to live without them. I am a victim of Fresno DCFS my children were removed unlawfully and I did not get a fair trial. I requested my public defender file an appeal and she agreed. I just found out the appeal was never filed and I am devestated. I can not believe my beautiful baby girl is being put up for adoption and there is nothing I can do to stop it. Please somebody help me before its to late I beg you to contact me asap! I can't imagine living my life knowing I failed her as a mother. The very system that was built to protect our children is the one that hurt her and took my right to protect her away. I believe there is some sort of human trafficking going on in Fresno Ca. And that they are turning around and selling these children because the way my case was handled was unlawful and a direct violation of my civil rights! Is there anyone out there that can hear my cry for help I have NEVER abused, neglected or done anything unlawful to have her removed period it was all hear-say from a bitter family member that I was having a disagreement with over a business deal that went bad and there is no marit or supporting evidence to valudate any of the lies told to DCFS about me I have case notes minute orders ect to prove it all. I was in domestic violence relationship with my ex husband and my 5 children were put In the system the children were never abused by me I went all the steps to gain custody back of the children and day they were to be returned I got pulled over and arrested and my rights were terminated and have been in contact with the children and would love for this nightmare to over I have changed my life moved to another state and even remarried .the children have been with there great grandmother for about 7 years or more but I refuse to give up because I love my children and just want what's best for them. my grandmother is now to old to care for the children and I would like to reinstate my parental rightsREPORT COMMENTS

Too many of our kids are being forgotten! It's just like a young dad that doesn't no how to be a father and comes back a couple of years later and establishes a relationship so strong with his child. The mothers/ fathers in this situation do this every day for the greater good of the child!!! Would this not be the same thing as a young parent who gets there rights terminated, but gets there self together in mind, financial, and physically and can then be the parent they need to be? All our kids want is to be loved and if they can't find that in foster homes give them a chance to Go Back Home!! Never thought I would say this living in such a "united nation" but "BRING OUR KIDS HOME"!REPORT COMMENTS

My name is Yvonne Garcia, and I have a child that I love and want very much... She was lied on not know about this misconduct or could not understand do to the fact of her youth and so was I lied on in order for them have her get adopted against my will ... I had her at the age of 19 yrs old and had a lot of grown-up to do very quickly, everything was left to me to do as being a parent as a young women I have had made bad decision in my life but I have also correct then to at a early age in my life but it seem to brought on more problem that I resolved in my life it was used against in the court of law like it was something bad I was doing because I decide to seek professional help for the problems that I was powerless in life, I also want to be a better mother to my child even though I was not accused of neglect or abusive toward my child or found guilty of this crime it was just things I wanted to work on as being a young mother and the more I tried to changed my life the more and more I found my self taking care of her by my self , it has made me a single mother that didn't collect child support worked 5 days a week to provide for my child as this was occurring I realized I could work full time as a single mother so I had to find a part time job, at this time I need the money more at this time because of being a single mother and didn't have housing I lived in a motel room with my child and trying to do the right things when I was just getting worsted in my stable ability in life the more I fought to be better person the more things were spiraling -out of control still had d.y.f.s in my life that I haven't seen in 7 month they could take my daughter a way even though I was living in a motel they didn't even help with housing knowing about my living condition and was take care of my child without child support and working a job to provide for her I was helping my self so they didn't help me do to does facts just because a mother has a job doesn't mean she still don't need help ... I decide to move in to a place with a man... not a very good man.. which I didn't know at first in tell I found- out my self.. of how bad this person really was I moved my daughter in and one night I got a knock on the door and they took my child away from me because of somebody else is wrong doing.. I was told it wasn't my fault as they were kidnapping my child.... I asked them why are you taking her away from me, there responds was s ask him.. I said to him what did you do he said nothing they didn't know what he has done and he didn't either ... it took over a month for then to come up with some facts... at my first hearing there was no information provided to the judge why my child was taking away even the judge seem shock but the judge just thought the system came unprepared on my case .. this is just one of their misconduct... it was in tell they did fact finder(s) on me .... they said he had simple assault and it was dropped..REPORT COMMENTS

Hi my name is Josephine lopez, i have just had the most worst experience with cps. I lost five of my babys to cps cause of the father didnt want to do services. I was 100% involved with everything they required me to do. They changed the reasons everytime i went to court until they filled a reason to keep them please help me with getting my kids home .
