Hi my name is Miguel I would like to know what I could do to get my daughter back I got deported to Mexico a few years ago and the mother of my daughter got arrested and cps ended up taking my daughter away from her when I was in Mexico i had no way to get my daughter and I was not informed of this ever happening until I got back from Mexico they informed me that my daughter was adopted by my own aunt to keep my daughter from being adopted by another family I fel relief and asked my aunt to go to court with me and give me custody back and she would make up all kind of excuses to not do it she got attached to my daughter and decided to keep her since I didn't know what to do I asked a friend of mine that at the moment worked for cps to figure out if I coul get my daughter back but I got bad news that my rights were terminated since I never showed up to the court thing is I couldent even if I wanted to since I was being held in immigration and being deported now here's the thing this happened in 2010-2011 it's been years but my daughter knows I'm her father I wou visit her everyday in school in lunch she wants to be with me and she knows who I am but she is only a child I have full custody of 2 of my other daughters and can't understand why i can't get my rights back when I wasn't even in the country I need help and I'm wiling to do what ever it takes to get my daughter I live in Texas pl someone help me get my baby girl backAug 3rd, 2015Someone from San Antonio, TX signed.

On June 8, 2012 my 8 year old daughter, Mystery was taken out of my care due to my associations with the wrong kind of people. Even though I did everything that was requested of me in the case plan, and despite the fact her father died in the middle of the case, six months after his death the court still decided she be adopted out. I quote the judge of Santa Cruz County, CA, "I've never seen anyone turn their life around such as yourself. You should be proud" "You have endured a lot of loss, and now you will endure more." This system is beyond cruel and has ruined my life and affected my entire family. I want my baby girl back. Reinstatement should be considered for those who have changed their life and can provide a safe home once again.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS in Ardmore Oklahoma doesn't give fair chances to parents that have changed the behaviour that caused the removal of children. You can jump through all their hoops, but they are never satisfied . They don't want married couples together. They get up to $50,000 per child removed. I just want my family back together! From cps, to the judges, it is all corrupt !REPORT COMMENTS

Yes my girls was adopted because of a corrupt system. My rights was terminated. Money and a apartment was offered to my daughters father to sign over his rights. So much happened in my case i miss my girls i was only 19 when all this happened i am now 34. I never knew what happened until years later. I don't think the system is fair they give us these public defenders that do not care what happens to our children, and the foster people only care about money and not the welfare of our children.... I haven't seen my son for almost 2 years no contact or nothing and that scorned me ,,, Don't even want any future children because of this situation... oi keep thinking I can get my son back knowing that it might not be a possibility, I'm hoping there is... because I've lost hope if any future I have with anything else.
