Me and my husband's rights were terminated after a cort case that lasted over a year.....they kept telling us we were not trying to bond with our daughter even though we always played with her at every visit and kept requesting more visitation with her, we were never allowed any unsupervised visits when we were no danger to her at all she was always happy to see us and always cried when she had to go....we had visits canceled for no reason at all and she would show up to visits dirty or in clothes too thin when it was cold, our daughter kept getting sick in foster care when she hardly ever got sick in mine and my husbands care, they used the fact that my husband has a slight mental disability as a weapon as to why we couldn't raise her and tryed to have my son taken from me too! My son now stays with his dad who is my ex for safety reasons to keep cps from taking him and my daughter will be turning 3 this year....we just want her home and my mother asked to adopt her to keep her in the family....which cps refused as well if anyone can help us get our precious baby home please! They terminated our rights and we dont know what to do! Our family has been shattered and i look at her little bed every night and cry myself to sleep i beg of you please make it so parental rights can be reinstated for the love of any parent who loves thier child who was unfairly takenJan 8th, 2015Someone from Friendly, WV writes:

Back in 2003 my two boys were removed by Child Protective Services due to false allegations on drug use. I summited one for them and I knew I was not using. About a week later they came back and removed my boys..without bringing a police officer as a witness. I do know when they come remove children cps has to bring an officer. I would like to know what can be done..I want my boys back and I believe they were removed without reason. Thank youREPORT COMMENTS

I am a grandparent who cps refused placement with even after I passed the home study, finger printing and deep background checks. They claimed I needed to be licensed with the foster care program first before they would consider placement. Denied due to my husband being substantiated 5 years ago on something he didn't do and the case was dropped because they found the other party lied. My husband was even willing to move out of our home to alleviate any issues and still denied. Legal medical infant trafficking, this needs to stop!!REPORT COMMENTS

I am a grandparent who helped raise my grandchild, I was falsely accused of cruelty to my child and that was used as a reason to deny me placement of my grandchild with me. Yes I did spank my child and had every right to and carried over me 34 false reports by cpsychological and two daughters of mine trying to prove an unnecessary point. Then I was never informed about the adoption until the night and day of a schedule court date. This must stop immediately as this can have a horrible affect on innocent children whom they even cohorts to lie and help them win. Please feel free to contact me. This has also caused deep wounds to my daughter as well who is innocent she did not do anything wrongREPORT COMMENTS

CPS took two of my granddaughters alienated them from their brother's as well as myself.Placing them for adoption through force.
