The Federal Government need's to open it's eyes to all the fraud and abuse used against good, loving, innocent families by the accountable to no-one Child UN Protective Services and the Family Court Judges who let CPS pull their strings. What sense does it make to PAY CPS to tear families apart? Of course they're going to steal more of our children just to receive more Federal bonus money. The better percentage of children that the State adopts out via termination of parental rights don't need to be adopted; there are more times than not a family member that is more than willing to take them if the parent(s) is not able at that time. Parents are attacked in every possible way so that "hope" is lost. Agency workers coerce the parents, make false promises, manipulate them, misguide them, and outright lie to them, as well as other parties to the case, judges included, in order to have their agenda met...the goal being adoption, adopting meaning more funding aka money, and power. The damage that is done to these children is a direct result of uneducated, inhumane, judgmental, opinionated people within a government agency who have no integrity. The State of Oregon DHS child welfare worker broke the law by violating my privacy rights in talking with someone that he had no permission to speak with, therefore using that to turn my "approved placement" into a "denied placement"...this is proven via a letter I received from their own central office. My granddaughters are now lost after 4 years in foster care with strangers due to a power-struggle DHS had with me, who was fighting for them the entire time, and it was more important for them to win than for the girls to be mentally and emotionally okay. Value of parents and their children needs to be recognized, as does the value of the children and their family. As it sits, neither hold any value to the State of Oregon DHS child welfare agency.REPORT COMMENTS

Almost a year ago I had a nephew that was adopted out by CPS. He was adopted by his mothers aunt and uncle. My side of the family has no rights to see him while his maternal family gets to see him whenever they please. My mom, sisters nor myself were even given the chance to have him and none of us have any CPS or criminal background. My 2 God sons are currently sitting in a foster home. Both parents have told CPS and the court that they want their boys placed with me. CPS has done a home study and everything passed but they keep making false allegations. It's time that all CPS is investigated. Unfortunately without money nobody will ever defete CPS and the court system. I filed custody papers and the judge threw them out before hearing them in court saying there was no just cause. I guess kids in a foster care isn't enough to be just cause. Cortland County CPS in NY are corrupt and this needs to come to an end!REPORT COMMENTS
