But cos they won't even give me service to help better my self so I can at lease say I head ha fair chance. I don't understand why. There moms is a a bad drug use wasting her cos service. I need help. I'm running out of time. My case papers there false statements and extra charges there lies I Bach improve it if just one person would hear me out. The cos case was on my kids my kids mother not on my self. I am a survivor of domestic abuse both physical and emotional. My case has been in Tulsa Family Court now for 28 months. I still do not even have a Temporary Order for Child Support. Also after 2.5 years there has still not even been an evidentiary hearing on my Protective Order. Yet the children now ages 3 and 8 were taken off my PO in Feb. 2013. The judge was switched on my case in Jan. 2013 because the dockets were rearranged by the court. The Tulsa Family Court has serious problems with corruption and allowing domestic abusers with sometimes decades long history of abuse (including child abuse) to just fly under the radar. The custody evaluator report which was a good investigation was basically ignored now by two judges. It's unbelievable!REPORT COMMENTS

My ex husband abused me and abused my children. It was founded by a Dr. that my middle child was kicked on the face and ribs and the court system awarded my ex husband sole custody. And CPS would come to my house every week and question my other daughter who is not his. And they let him get off and told the courts that he was the better parent. My 2 children wete kid napped legally illegaly by social services I can prove they commited purgery I have had 6 judges 2 recused themselves from our case on the grounds of being biast I was denied my due process until we finally got to circuit court then for 7 1/2 hours we were able to show they lied and had witness testimony at the end the judges exact words were I dont care based on an assumption theirs something else im up holding the order keep in mind we never were allowed to present any evidence the prior judges ruled on the casa report that was nothong but lies and distorted information their was never any abuse and I proved ot in circuit court Didnt matter I called every elected offical and was given the same response "its not my area" I called a radio show i wrote letters I begged anyone who would listen and nothing mattered. The social service worker hated me ot was a conflict of personality she lied on a sworn affidavit and o can prove it they told me they eere taking my 2 childten who one was not mentioned anywhere and my son who is special needs is the only one that they lied about to cover up they stayed involed " helping" us for 9 mobths when federal regulations says not to exceed 60 days and that my son was being molested by a neighborhood boy and I was point blank told by county attorney to cease and assist on anything pretaing to my son being molested its not mentioned anywhere to this day! I have called over 100 lawyers and noone will help us I was told by social services supervisor they were social service's and didnt have to tell me why they were taking my kids I was never given a reason till o got summons to appear in court for emergency removal I didn't even know who they were talking about till I saw my name and about passed out. I had no idea what they were saying and nothing about abuse or being neglected was mentioned it was crazy all over the place stuff i will never give up I will fight I will change the laws because no family should ever suffer the ABUSE SOCIAL SERVICES is allowed to inflict on fsmilys should ever happen to anyone else of we all stand up if we all join together we can fight this curropted agency and make them accountable for their kidnappings I have memerized all the federal local and state laws they are mandated to folloe and noone is doing any checks and balance s u can be a mail man and become a social worker it is inhuman what they are allowed to do I have faught for a year everyone is scared of these people when people hear social service's they think.poorly of you well its a crock of crap and wrong a title of a job someone has alloes others to judge you while they play god andrip familys apart limb by limb I will foght for my babies amd fight to change these curropted soleless people who should be put on jail for their crime ots almost a violation of the rico act conspiracy to commit kidnappings ny a group or agencyand once you eeducate your self you scare them and they will fight dirty butREPORT COMMENTS

I am asking that CPS workers not be granted immunity when testifying in court. Each worker plays a role and each of those roles are paramount when it comes to parents being affected by the entire CPS process. If workers take their job seriously and do it with competence and effort it would cost the state far less money in the long run. Referents should have to provide proof of the allegation(s) they are making no matter who they are. Any employee working in a healthcare setting is in fact a mandated reporter. So when they make their allegations and state they are a mandatory reporter that call goes to the top of the list to be screened in, even if they are not reporting any abuse or neglect. A physician that calls CPS will always spark an investigation no matter what is said. I believe claims of alleged CA/N that don't actually contain reports of harm or anything about the child should be investigated prior to the state knocking down a parents door. Yes a doctor can call CPS about a patient they feel is self harming if that patient is a parent. All they have to do is mention the child and within 72 hrs CPS must make face to face contact with the child and the accused. Automatically investigated. Check the physician claims before accusing a parent of wrongdoing. Even the janitor at the free health clinic can call and say they heard something at the clinic and overheard a doctor saying something about a child. Automatically investigated. If a parent is separated from their child and an individual worker is involved and because of her negligence in working the case is to blame then yes the worker should be held responsible as should CPS as whole. Don't let social workers traffic our children and be granted leniency for their crimes. My guess is most people don't know their constitutional rights as parents. Parents should be read a version of Miranda Rights that are specifically aimed towards letting a parent know they have the rights that only being that child's parent gives them. (1) The right to not participate in the CPS investigation and the potential consequences of doing so. (2) They should be told how each assessment is scored and allowed them to explain why they answered how they did. (3) They should be given the chance to view all evidence including all calls and the allegations prior to proceeding on to discussing potential placement (4) All fathers should be given the opportunity to prove parentage prior to any facilitated meeting for third party placement or independent custody action taking place during the investigation and (5) Finally Parents should have an attorney with them prior to signing any paperwork that will alter that parent/child relationship. That attorney she help social workers explain to a parent the results all assessments and fact findings. This should be done with an attorney so they can explain what rights they have, which ones they may lose and what that parent could be facing legally in the long run. AlREPORT COMMENTS

All I am asking is that CPS be held accountable for the role they played in the forced separation of parent and child. No parent is perfect and just as they must be accountable for whatever mistake they made CPS must be held responsible when they denied parents the right to have the law explained to them before interfering in their lives. CPS is there to protect children from abuse, neglect and maltreatment. Children's emotional well being must be looked before separating parents and children if no other abuse or neglect is found. If a parent leaves their child and doesn't say where they are going and when or if they will be back is called ABANDONMENT and it is grounds to lose parental rights not to mention really really mess with a child emotions and sense of security. So when a child is taken by CPS or a family member through Family Court without evidence of physical harm that child is being victimized by the system. I was able subpoena my CPS investigator to be my witness during Family Court trial and she did what she could to try not to admit wrongdoing but in the end RECORDS DON'T LIE as much. Remember most CPS workers don't believe parents actually want their CPS records so they say a lot of stuff in the report they don't tell you. I recommend if both parents were involved in the CPS case each ask for separate copies. One parents stuff is censored in the other records so put them together and its a full report. You also will be provided with all the names of everyone who reported against you.REPORT COMMENTS

all of this has been done to me and my ex husband. we have been going through a cps battle and 2010. we have been lied about so badly, but we continue to fight. sometimes it feels hopeless because know matter what we do nothing seems to help. our children continue to tell cps that they want to come home but yet they dont get to. instead the workers say will your children said you did this and that and everything else and the lies continue and continue. there is so much to this but if I wrote it all down it would take months. they sent my youngest to her dad that was never in her life almost a year ago when he feels like letting me I get to Skype with her or talk to her for a few minutes its been two months sense I have gotten to speak to her on the phone her sixth birthday was last week but he wouldn't let me talk to her. he allowed my sister to have her here in California for two months I as allowed 1 visit for an hour then. she would still be here with me if cps wouldn't of lied to the courts. i just dont know what to do anymore this is killing me inside.... my children have always been my number one and they will continue to be!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Ive been fighting for my children for since November 2009 when I only had my beautiful son age 2 at the time n my gorgeous daughter at 6 months at the time I have been fighting for them ever since. I became pregnant with another boy and cps tried to take him but were unable at the time due to lack of support of evidence claiming that im an unfit mother then the father of my 3 child got into an arguement with me when Iwas pregnant with my fourth child and because I called the cops on him for domestic violence he too called cps claiming I was an endangerment to my children and that they should take all my children away and at that I was on verge of losing my fourth child at birth to cps once again I was tired of going to court and getting in trouble of things I never did so im stuck fighting for my children alone with both biological fathers out of the picture and I won them back with hard work and proving the system im worth my children I did all the programs they threw left and right at me and the three children that got detained came back home last November and everything was fine up until this May all four of my children got detained again due to a bruise my oldest daughter had on her face not once when asked by cps workers asked what happened did she say I did even when takin her to the doctorsdid she say I did she said her brothers hit her and the doctor said he believes it was an accident yet goes and files a report to cps claiming that he believes I hit her. I was so shocked that a doctor can say one thing and go and write something else so then my four children got removed and im fighting for them once more but I feel this is all unneccesary the children got taken away unfairly and without proof that I did anything and if anyone can help me please do im willing to go detail by detail and complete honesty I just want my children back come not just because im 22 with 4 children mean im uncapable of takin care and loving themREPORT COMMENTS
