My kids was taken by Miami county children sevices here in Ohio, due to my son having bone fractures. They threatned me and my wife lied and we have recorded all conversations. The hospital ran some test on my son and it was discovered that he had metabolic bone disease and that is why he had the fractures. The case worker is Jessica Drake, we were charged by the Piqua Police Department with child endagering from Detective Philip Crusey. I have a daughter from a past relationship and Shelby county Children services Barb Reindel ignored court ordered visitation and then filed in court 3 months later to terminate my visitation in court the kicker is it was granted and i wasn't even given notification or able to attend a hearing talking about violating due process rights.Jul 3rd, 2013Someone from Tucson, AZ signed.

Single dad w custody 16 yrs n ex has used CPS harass every step now ending w daughter not like rules n used CPS get go stay w family who allowed her have sex w convicted sex offender n who has documented having 3 offenders caught n house. In my county, a young stay-at- home mom of two little girls and a loving hard working husband who lived near his mother called Social Services on the grandmother's live -in manfriend. One of the little girls had told her mother the manfriend had "messed with her". A DHS worker came out immediately. Before she left, she told the mother she was concerned about the dishes in the sink, and other things about the house trailer home and that she would be back in a few days to check it out again. She did not like the way their little home looked when she returned, so she grabbed the little girls, put them into her vehicle without child restraint seats while they were wailing and scared. The dumfounded and frightened mother begged her to take the baby's huggy night toy, but the DHS worker would not. The poor young mother did not even have a phone to contact her husband at work..They did not know where they had taken them or under what authority even after two weeks. You can only imagine the fear these poor innocent little girls must have lived through without their parents. The husband's great grandmother told me the DHS woman never questioned the manfriend of their paternal grandmother. He was still living there. Suspected sexual abuse was supposed to have been reported to the Ark. State Police. Nothing changed. With this harrowing experience, one can only imagine those children will never report anything again, nor will their parents ever involve DHS again. You can bet the visits ended, also.REPORT COMMENTS

Listen up, folks. There is a WAR going on across America on the family. You must all band together and unite. Get the word out what and why so-called Child Protective Services and bad judges take our children under any pretext they can find. You must watch the youtube cartoon-style video authored by Gail B. of Gadsden, Ala. You will find the link directly prior to Holly H.'s post, or on several of the sites like this one. You will see exactly what is happening and why. The Federal Government is giving state's money under Title IV D, based on the amount of child support the judge says the non-custodal parent has to pay. The child is usually never given to the parent who can love and provide for the child, the court knows that parent will pay more child support, thus make more for the state from the Fed. Gov. CPS wants children in foster homes, and to adopt out, the System gets thousands of dollars for every child that is fostered or adopted. Your lawyer will take your money,,,and never tell you. It is all about the money. A good parent will keep trying to gain custody and finally go broke. Children in poor circumstances of poverty and abuse will perpetuate the cycle, thus, keeping the judge, courts, lawyers, CPS, phycologists, ad litems on this never ending cycle for money. Destroy the family is the aim. The family is God's first institutiion, destroy the family, and the country goes.REPORT COMMENTS

I had a good cps report but because my ex had a nicer house he got a better one, now its all bad all of a sudden I'm a crack head and drug dealer, funny I passed my drug test on the spot same with my boyfriend of five yrs and I've had full custody of both my kids since 2008, wait my ex was facing 5 yr for physical abuse on my son they have never been drug tested even though I have asked since his new wife was our babysitter. Oh yes his info is coming from my boyfriends ex who is a drug dealer that's why we have ull custody of my two step children that cps said two thumbs up we are awesome parents....some one plz explain how am I a great mom for my step kids through cps and the courts eyes but not for my own I just don't get it...oh yes and my exs wife is buying her pot from my boyfriends ex when we tell cps brownwin this she ignors us why because he has a nicer house a nice car well if her mom hadn't had passed away they would have it I thought cps wasn't supposed to be judgemental i'm an awesome momREPORT COMMENTS

CPS in Delawareis very corrupt. My baby was taken at 3 months old based off of a false allegation. The first CPS worker Shayla mishandled the investigation, lied repeatedly to my husband about phone calls she claimed to have made to me that were never made& I have the phone records to prove it. She called me at work demanding I leave and I was in the middle of something said I couldnt and asked if I could meet her later and she said she didnt work past 4 pm. She was rude and unprofessional. ASTOUNDING that my Tax dollars pay for this idiot. First psych eval found nothing wrong. Second psych eval falsified the report stating I didnt complete the questionaire when it was totally completed and checked before I left the office. That was done by a moron named Rebecca at Mid Atlantic Behavioral health. She told CPS I was a possible drug addict-- and I have NEVER done one drug in my entire life. They want me to take a drug test but only at their state facility and when I told them what I do for a living and know everything there is to know about drug screens they backed off on the drug charges-- clearly there was an intent to falsify my results in some manner. Second caseworker not as unprofessional as the first but communicates NOTHING. Never reviewed my case file and interviewed me with a half educated assistant who kept telling me I was a wreck and needed to hold myself together even though I wasnt even crying. She asked questions but would not let me answer and tried to tear me down and when I was giving her facts she said she didn't care about the facts. 3 months later Im still dealing with the state of delaware. They made an appointment to visit my house 3 months after the charges and didn't show up- twice. No phone call to cancel. Just didn't show up. They are telling me to take an 11 week parenting class that runs weekly in the mid morning. Well I work full time. Maybe you people deal with crack addicts and people on welfare that dont work but I do work EVERYDAY. I can't get a hold of anyone in CPS. The supervisors are rude and useless. One idiot supervisor named michelle Yingling tried to tell me that she had several conversations with me. We never spoke. We played phone tag a few times. Again idiots who think they are smarter than me. The state of Delaware needs to get out of my life. The charges are false and there is NO one with enough intellect at CPS to figure this out. Yet there are kids in the public school system starving, never bathe, cockroach bites, abused and neglected and CPS does NOTHING. Rather than helping kids who need it they like to waste time with people like myself who did nothing, has a happy healthy child and good home and turn their lives to a living hell.REPORT COMMENTS

Cps case worker, Heather Caccese, in conjunction with a Wilson, Ny 5th grade teacher, Barbara Wilson, are working in conjunction on a case concerning our youngest daughter. The daughter has had behavoir issues for some time now, and was "removed" from our home a few weeks ago. The case started when the little one went to school and started eating rice crispy treats from the lunch room trash, she told her teacher she was hungry and we quit feeding her. This teacher, believing every word she was told, called in Niagara county CPS. The agent, a HEATHER CACCESE, who has an interesting arrest record, has been completely impossible to work with and verbally combative at times. We have found that finding a lawyer to defend us and fight this crazy charge has been a total waste of a lot of money....it seems as if no one has the balls to fight a corupt government agency or to defend real parents. I don't understand how or why parents can be treated by this agency and the court like we are two steps under a drug dealer....makes no sense to me.REPORT COMMENTS

i have an issue.. some time back i put my son in volunteer foster care to help with his behavioral issues and him using drugs and running away with his friends. He ended up doing good til he took the fall for one of his friends.. which then moved him to placement and into the dhhs officially. His caseworkers have always worked with us and communicated. This caseworker he has now is very negligent on communicating things to me as far as team meetings and court dates. She has not communicated with me in over a month and a half. and i had to find out last week about the team meeting for my son from the foster placement poeple. Today i received a text msg from her stating if i was going to make an appearance in my sons court this messge was sent at 9:25am when i as what time court was she responded at 9:28 she told me that his court was at 9:am. Giovanni has been making excellent accomplishements accedmically and personally. He was to be reunified with me once this was done. Gretchen the worker has made it impossible for me to stay in my sons life. Not notifiying me of meetings or court dates. Not putting proper placement for him to return home.tracker, supervisor ect. since i work fulltime 10 hour shifts. She had made a comment once that I am not able to care for my son as he would end up in mischeif if i wasnt there to supervise him. I replied quickly to her and stated that he is 15 yrears old going on 16.. whether i am at work or not if he is going to make the conscience decision to do something he will do it whether i am there or not.. and then he would need to be held accountable for his acctions. She stated he is a minor and is my responsibility.. i am aware but i cant be home 24/7 to watch him . i have to work and provide a home financially for my kids. So today in court the because she states i show no intentions on being involved with my son that i lost all my custodial rights to him and they are seeking guardianship and never gain reunification with my son. I need help as i feel that this is unfair to me as she has blatenly sabatoged me.. and i cant accept that... can you help me?REPORT COMMENTS

In Jefferson County Alabama the family courts are destroying a father daughter relationship and claim its in the best interest of the child. I think that the government should be ashamed of what they are doing. I am a veteran for my country and have to say that I love my country very much but would never fight for it again with the current laws and policies it has in place in family court. Family Court is the true weapon of mass destruction. It rips families apart so the rich can get richer and take everything from not only parents but the children as well.
