I'm heart broken, my beautiful girlfriend's two sons kidnapped by cps after her convict ex made spiteful false bitter statements. We provided evidence to clear up any misunderstanding, they never found evidence of the allegations. Its been one year 6 months still no kids, she has completed the case plan participated in several extra classes along with a hair test sample we paid out pocket proving no drug use. Cps needs to be able to reunite family's with at least 80% of cases within the first 6 months and never get paid money per child especially extra if the kids are under 3 and or start receiving medication. Cps always will be corrupted when children themselves are check signers and families are taken advantage of. My girlfriend loves these boys so much buys them food or toys even know there not home she sobs and I comfort her with no explanation why cps won't give them back.REPORT COMMENTS

They took my daughter with the only excuse as being stability issues because we moved a bit more than usual because we were laid of and couldn't afford the old place, but when we started going to court we were in the same apartment for four months that we had been in court. The lawyer, worker and myself heard the family court judge say that my daughter was to stay in my custody, but the had supervising worker came to my house to get my daughter staying that the judge approved the recommendations and number one being committing my child to the state. I will get this back in court and see a transcript of that court date and bring my daughter home. She was healthy happy smart and loved...there was no reason for them to take my life from me.REPORT COMMENTS

A CPS worker in Fort Bend County was not honest. She compromised a findings report in the investigation of man who was reported for child abandonment (and other issues) after consulting with a CASA advocate who has a criminal past,does drugs and is relative of the man. The "collateral witness" suggesteted the mom had something to do with having husband turned in. That is not the case. Who is looking out for the children? CPS workers need to be educated, among other things, on symptoms of a psychopath. Especially ones that are white MBAs with financial resources The family law courts need to realize abuse exists across all races and socio-economic backgrounds. And our system must realise that psycological and emotional abuse IS abuse. It is extremely harmful to its victims. I am disgusted and dismayed that reports can be altered based on who you know. The Los Angeles dept of children & fam services is out of control. The case workers decide your fate long before you go before the judge. They have absolutely no accountability. And good, loving parents are presumed guilty or unfit based on case workers " recommendation" which is nothing more than heresay, exaggeration and flat out lies. My court appointed lawyer was useless. Several times after presenting him with evidence that contradicted the allegations from dept of children's services and it was never brought to judges attn in court. I asked him why he did not present it or stand up for me. His answer to me was, "that's not how this court works." I then asked him when am I allowed to speak for myself. He told me, " you're not." CPS has been caught in lie after lie with my children being the victims for years of torture... many years later, my 15 year old suffers from anxiety and was just tortured again today by CPS because an enemy of mine continuously calls and makes up lies...the reports are all unfounded...however today my daughter was told that the police were going to break down the door if she did not come to the door for the CPS worker to see her....I being at work, WAS NOT EVEN GIVEN THE OPTION of coming home from work to defend my daughter and my house...WAY TO GO CPS.... YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF MY DAUGHTER, got caught in an OUTRIGHT LIE, created other problems for me as well as tried to destroy my stellar reputation in the community....and you wonder why people HATE YOUR GUTS? Washington State CPS is sketchy, they lie, they don't do their jobs, and THEY need to be investigated. Now, I am a grandmother who exhausted all means of trying to get my daughter help, CPS was my last resort. When they took the kids from my daughter they profusely lied on all of the allegations. Even with the statements that I made myself were altered. Of the 27 allegations 25 were totally false and the other 2 only named the childrens ages and gender, which by the way they put my granddaughter down as a male, which goes to show how much they DON'T pay attention. They prevented me from being able to work for 5 months because my grandson is disabled and they kept "forgetting" to send it the background check for a friend who offered to watch him since no day care would take him due to the feeding machine his is on and the liability reasons. My friend offered to watch him for free, she went through all the training she needed to learn how to care for him and run his machine, yet the social worker kept forgetting to submit the background check. Thankfully I had 2 months of vacation so I only had to go 3 months without pay. They never tried to help keep my daughters family together like they are suppose to do. They do nothing to reunify the family. As a matter of fact they are such slackers they have made the situation SO much worse than it was when I called them. They have done more harm to these children including my daughter than my daughter would have ever done. CPS is not out to protect the children or reunify any family. They are hideous and congress needs to keep the funds AWAY from Washington State until they actually start doing their jobs and putting some effort towards protecting the children and working towards reunification as they are suppose to do. They should be able to be sued and not protectected with any immunity. They have no fear of their screw ups because in the end it doesn't matter to them what happens they don't have to pay the price for thier neglect of the children. If congress or anyone in DC cares for the children and families, I BEG you to look into the the practices of the the Washington State Child Proetctive Services and the "free" attorneys they give the parents. I think they work inacahoots with each other. Cut thier funds because they don't utilize it like they claim they do. They are selective on who gets decent treatment, they are fraudulent people, they lie to the courts, they don't care about the children, they don't care about reunifying familes, they don't care about the parents, they don't care about those the do kinship care, they just don't care. The social workers are under educated and most should not be in this ine of work. How would you like to have a doctor or nurse care for you that only half heartedly (if at all) gave any effort towards your health and your life. There is no difference with this profession, if they don't have a passion for this they should get the hell oREPORT COMMENTS

The VA commonwealth family court system is so corrupt and complicated by lack of proper legal procedure that it is impossible to post the complete details here, but a few are as follows: My child was abandoned by his father, a non-us citizen at birth. Over a year after signing over sole legal rights, and of no contact ; the domestic relations courts awarded joint legal rights/ custody despite that it was not in the childs best interest and that no material change of circumstances was shown, Or even attempted to be shown by the petitioner or his attorney. evidence was not presented to the judge showing all of the factual and known negative proof against the father, and even then what was ordered in court was misconstrued so much by the time the order was finally entered that there was no point in going in front of a judge in the first place. What was ordered in court is not even what the order eventually became. My child has been emotionally and developmentally affected adversely, and even endangered and neglected while in the non custodial parents care and neglected as a result of a corrupt judicial system that does not follow the constitution, family law, or even the commonwealth of Virginias own statutes. As a result of an unfair and unjustified trial, I am borrowing thousands of dollars in order to even have an opportunity to even attempt to collect enough evidence to even have a chance to prove the facts - which may still be fruitless as a result of the way Virginia courts operate- the Virginia judicial system is corrupt, lazy, and nothing more than a money pit. Although I am fortunate enough to have access to loans, not all are. Access to retaining attorneys assists, but only slightly and not nearly enough, because having that access does not guarantee that a parent can protect their child and have justice appropriately served. Also, although I'm nt necessarily referring to my own situation by the comment, The fate of a child should not be so largely determined by a guardian ad Litem assigned by the courts; especially considering the other factors surrounding the Virginia judicial system set up. Guardians are in a position where they are able to be biased dependent on numerous factors regardless of the facts. There are so many more things I could point out, but some of them are not necessarily related to me and it would take an extremely long time to post the complete details of the injusticeREPORT COMMENTS

My 3 children were taken from me on March 28th 2013, by Miami County Ohio Children Services. Jessica Drake told me that if I didnt sign the safety plan she would take the children and put them in foster care. My youngest son was found to have Medabolic Bone disease and had rib fractures. Officer Phillip Crusey came to me and my husband and arrested us saying that we were being charged with child neglect and abuse. We have NEVER hurt our children and the Dr has proved everyone wrong, this was not abuse he has a disease. No other child was hurt and my youngest didnt have bruising or anything. They checked all of our children from top to bottom yet nothing was found. Even though the Dr has written a statement saying the fractures were caused from this disease we still do not have our children. These people have lied, and tried to pull our family appart and they need stopped before they hurt every family they come in contact with.REPORT COMMENTS
