Did you know that CPS is working with legal aid (CLEAR in WA State) to kidnap your children through Family Court? They are telling the same "concerned" reporters of non neglect/abuse/maltreatment that don't meet CPS criteria to seek third party custody with the help of legal aids Pro Bono attorneys. They are doing it for any report from someone who personally knows the parent being accused of anything that doesn't warrant law inforcement involvement. So instead of checking on a child and seeing if the allegations or true and that parent is in need of services or the child needs to be placed with someone other than the person doing the reporting that parent doesn't get an attorney. They get nothing. No counseling, no treatment, no low income housing. They get cut off from every resource the state is supposed to offer BEFORE THEY REMOVE a child. They don't need proof when it comes to filling out a colorful affidavit full of lies. The judge can grant it ex parte based on the affidavit alone. You don't even have to be notified its happening. The state would rather pay less money for someones mom, aunt, sister or exes family to obtain an attorney at no cost to them then help a parent keep their child while they work on the issue at hand. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING DON'T AGREE TO ANYTHING. Remember you have a constitutional right to raise your child without state interference.REPORT COMMENTS

San Diego court family law curruption and abuse- Is there any mothers that been bullied into private mediation, over minor conflicts? Dr. John H. Parker IV was the private mediator that dragged out mediation for a year, and was extremely biased. All that was accomplished was "co-equal time share", which meant my ex gained six hours a week and created a six week parenting plan to do so... which i cant really keep straight, is catered to the father, and made opinions towards me in legal documents that portrayed me of having seperation anxiety even though I did countless things to show I was willing to share with father and cater his needs asking nothing in return. Dr. Parker caught my ex in lies and contidictions in my presence on multiple occasions. I was bullied by dr. Parker into only doing what my ex wanted, and never mentioned what was best for our daughter. Without meeting our daughter, dr. Parker implied she was an overly emmotional child. This was all so my ex wouldnt pay child support. The leagal process cost me $70, 000 before our daughter even turned 3. Dr. Parker was paid a good portion of that. This financially ruined me, over something that could've taken a couple of hours to figure out. I strongly believe there was an unnecessary use and abuse of the legal system, and mothers are being bullied by the father's rights movement. The legal system created a high conflict custody battle, to make an extra buck. I see blog after blog about the curruption, but why isnt anything being done? I know there's the hurdle of immunity, but there's also legal misconduct being covered up concerning fl326 fl327 not being signed and filed. We shouldn't be affraid to fight back, in fear of losing custody. If anyone knows of others in san diego who have experienced any type of legal injustice and curruption, demand a change in family law with me.REPORT COMMENTS

I have been battered by the Nebraska Family Court System for over 6 years. I have literally lost everything, with exception of custody of my children. I have been filed against at least 2 x per year. I advise, also, NOT TO ALLOW A CUSTODY EVALUATION if at all possible. The evaluator in my case lied so boldly under oath, that even the Judge was surprised. He also cost me around 10.000 dollars. Lawyers make huge profits from keeping cases going, making sure nothing ever gets settled, and couples keep fighting. In no other part of life would this be tolerated. IT NEEDS TO STOPREPORT COMMENTS

Dane County Department of Human Services' (CPS's) actions throughout Dane County Wisconsin are not consistent with keeping a family in tact through least restrictive measures because at their first knock on a family's door social workers who are joined by armed local police obtain acquiesence and compliance of parents against their wishes (without probable cause and without obtaining a warrant though one was demanded), and they do so by immediately conveying actual verbal and implied threats to forcibly remove child(ren) from the home. This is done outside of any warrant or probable cause and done outside of any pre-judicial determination or legitimate continuing judicial process afterward that is constitutionally adequate protecting the rights of parents and children alike. Beware of Catherine F. Haag (formerly Catherine F. Cozens) (an intake social worker whose own husband (Michael Cozens) I found is a heroin user, convicted heroin dealer, and was jailed for providing the heroin that caused two individuals to overdose in a west-side Madison, WI motel before he obsconded to Boston, MA evading a warrant for his arrest in 2012.). These are the types of people employed by CPS that come knocking on your family's door with ridiculous accusations of abuse or neglect and then criminally and maliciously take your family on an unimagineable ride of its life. Beware of Catherine F. Haag and other so-called "Intake Social Workers" of the Dane County Department of Human Services. Beware of her supervisor, Ms. Mariane Genter who trains and instructs Intake Social Workers like Catherine F. Haag to engage in criminal conducts as a matter of continuing policy of the department. The Dane County Department of Human Services, its agents, servants, representatives and/or employees are all part of the conspiracy and criminal racket to focibly separate families long-term up to and including outright destruction of the family unit. An investigation is needed years ago! There must be immediate and radical change in the attitudes of CPS and its agents and a reversal of the criminal policies they have adopted as the manner in which they conduct their affairs.REPORT COMMENTS

My children's lives and well being have been severely disrupted by CPS. This agency, which varies in degrees of corruption from county to county, has no qualms about using ill-informed workers who do half-hearted, biased investigations, to present false evidence in court through exaggerated hearsay, false substance abuse charges, and psychological damage to the children which they themselves inflict. Nor do they balk at coercing small children between the ages of 2 and 5 to answer to guided questions using manipulation and false pretense. This system needs to be BALANCED and repaired to ensure that the children who NEED help receive it, and that the rights of healthy families and children are not violated, and their futures and lives are kept safe from harm!REPORT COMMENTS

I AGREE about cps they took and gave MY 2 oldest grandaughters to there and LET me remind this is same man that had them when they were younger he abandoned them with a non relative , he LET her raise them till We found them and got them back the lady who was raising the children was also being molested by her for 2 years , now the the CPS and courts gave these children back to HIM. He has had them less than a year and now wants to take them 4,000 away to live , The Girls are scarred they don't want to go and leave their 4 other siblings behind they are teenager now , their father told them if they don't go he will put them in foster care. MY daughter there mom is putting her life back together. MY grandkids are not allowed to CALL me . These poor kids don't know what to do . This is crazy he regained custody when he knew what was happening when they were little he didnt protect them back 10 years ago . And now really the courts find nothing wrong with this case .and kids law guardian is not protecting them now kids want to tell there law guardian they want to stay but she doesn't LET them talk to her alone. The judge is Carter . He wants to go end of June I am so afraid for these kids . This guy should be in JAIL for what he allowed .He should not be a custodian parent while MY daughter is not available. This is exactly why I know the judicial System is so wrong talk about corruption. I don't know how to stop this move. It's in less than month he's taking them ,I'm so afraid for these 2 grandaughters , would LOVE advice I am power of attorney for MY daughter but I am also thinking they won't LET me interfere with case even with paper ,Court is next weekREPORT COMMENTS

Hi me and my wife had our one year old daughter taken by cps. They made one visit and the second, they came to take my child. We personally knew the case worker due to the fact that her husband cheats on her with one of our friends. She wrote in her report that I had guns everywhere and we were on drugs, which is the furthest thing from the truth. The judge didn't even review our case, he did whatever cps wanted....we've 8 weeks without our daughter.REPORT COMMENTS

I am a victim of all the above statement and it is now ongoing my children have both been abused and non will assist lawyers want $3 grand and the judge will not close this case or talk with my children I have been threaten to be thrown in jail and because I sought a psych evaul from an independant physcian who stated therei is nothing wrong with me the newly appointed case worker has attempted to continue to railroad me by stating the physician does not exist the medical release papers that I was asked to sign had open spaces therefore I marked through them and gave CPS exactly what it was they asked for.REPORT COMMENTS
