Cps took our 6 week old child and everything we bought for him under a false report and accusations. The worker will not contact us at all. Our court appointed attorneys adjudicated our child with out our knowledge and have dropped our cases; nor have we had knowledge of our court dates and times. Our son is now 8 months old. this was done to me. i did everything i was suppose to, i did my classes, i passed my drug tests even though i had already been clean for 5yrs and was forced to drug test. i never got to have a side any time i tried to speak in court the judge or the lawyer appointed to my kids shut me up. i wasn't allowed to fight the way i needed to, to get my kids back and they have been taken away from me forever. i did nothing wrong and yet was not allowed to get my get my kids back. put a stop to this. it's not fair to us parents who actually take care of kids and protect them. signed very upset and hurt mother Brittany Nicole McDanielREPORT COMMENTS

Phoenix, Az 2011 - 2014 My ex wifes mother told me of her own daughter comitting physical abuse against our two daughters, age 3 & 8 at the time. This was two and a half years ago. My ex, grabbed the girls, one at a time, and bit them on their arms and left serious bruises and scratches from when she grabbed them. She did this at her mothers home, in front of her mother. The police came and took recorded statements from the older child and they photographed the bites. CPS got involved and removed the children and offered services to the mother. Because the police reports were not completed in time for the emergency family court hearing, the judge (Hannah), reinstated her rights to the children. A year later, the same woman, my ex mother in law, made a false sexual abuse complaint against me, probably out of guilt for turning her own daughter in, to CPS. They took the children from me without telling me why. I called the police to intervene. They stood by CPS. I voluntarily did an interview with the detective handling the case and also did three lie detector tests. No evidence of abuse of any kind was assertained. The police said I did not take the lie detector test properly and the results were then deemed to be inconclusive. I have theinternal CPS records that plainly state that the detective has nothing to charge me with but I may have done something, so, do not allow the children back into my care and Ishould not be able to see them. CPS stood back and did nothing at this point. We ended up in family court where the case manager from CPS (Rosetta White) lied on the stand about having police records that had not been released yet. The detectives did not even show up to the hearing and my ex wifes attorney tried to have her held in contempt for the no show. The judge ruled in my favor, unless CPS in the next week filed for dependency. Rosettta White did nothing and the children were returned. No services were offered to me. Case closed. Six months later another state agency, OCWI, came late at night on a school night with three police officers and took the girls again. They were returned to me that same night at 11:30pm. No reason has ever been given. Another year down the road, CPS again took the girls stating that there were no new alllegations and that this is now going to juvenile court to be heard. Again, Rosetta White lied at the prelim. She said that the files were lost and were never investigated. I have been required to do random drug testing and psycho sexual assesment. All without any evidence. I still do not have contact with my girls. I have been the only solid foundation in their lives until this all started. The girls were in my custody an average of five days a week since our divorce in the begining of 2009. Before that, I was with them every day. BTW, I asked for a divorce because the mother slipped in to party mode and was stayin out all night, driving around drunk several times a week, uncontrollable outs of anger andREPORT COMMENTS

I am a father of two wonderful children that I have not seen in over two years due to the corrupt NJ family courts. I am now being tried in criminal court for just calling my children. no threats, no harassment or abuse what so ever. Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office is prosecuting a father for calling his children after his spouse alienated him from his son and daughter. Dawn Solari is bias and prejudice against this loving father. Our broken family courts need to be abolished. These family court judges need to be removed and there should be an advisory board to review family matters not judges.REPORT COMMENTS

My daughter and I are victims of the Ocean County, NJ Courts corruption and failure to protect us from our abuser while they entertain his mental illness and dump the financial burdens on me to the point of bankruptcy. The court knows that I have a serious medical condition because of his actions and still refuses to modify the order. The court orders that I hand my daughter over to the abuser that threatened to kill her many times and berated her with horrific and ugly remarks as soon as she was brought home from the hospital. The court does not consider him to be a threat to her and has denied me my right to protect my daughter. There's not one sane person on this earth that would hand their child over to the animal that threatened to kill her because she was crying! Especially after a Judge in a court of law repeatedly refers to him as mentally ill!!REPORT COMMENTS

St Louis county Family Courts in Clayton MO are negligent, They do not understand the laws of Evidence, pass off thier work to GAL's of their choosing, and basically delay trials unti all the lawyers have made plenty of money. My 7 year old daughter disclosed sexual molestation to a forensic interviewer. The detective told me that my daughters word wasn't enough. I need to get her Father to admit it or have physical evidence. Because the police didn't prosecute, CPS claimed I must be putting it in her head. They gave him custody. CT DCF took custody of our grandaughters and gave them to their aunt. She was supporting her sister's drug habit, all while working with DCF to take custody of our granddaughters. DCF never even notified us until their diabolical act had been put in place. DCF then set them up as foster parents and now keep six children in their house. What a SCAM.
