First thing I was arrested in 2008 by state police because I had an order of protection by CPS , I was allowed only supervised visits with my children , I went to visit my children & the mother left in the middle of the night to go visit her boyfriend in prison who was halfway across the state . I do not know how but someone found out about this . I was interrogated by state police before I was arrested & eventually admitted to it , I told them several times I wanted a lawyer & was ignored , I learned later I could have just walked out the door . That's only half the story . When I was brought in for questioning they were accusing me of sexually abusing my children because my son seen me in the bathroom with my clothes off , he said something to his teacher that was misunderstood , both of my children have disability?s & they could not talk well . when I was arrested for the order of protection I went to Saratoga county jail , I was on the news and there was talk of a sexual abuse investigation , when I was in jail I heard talk late at night from guards of dropping my body off in the dump , I also heard them talking about having weapons in the cell block and they were coming up to my cell , They were also sodomizing inmates who were charged with sex crimes with a ***** , they did it to a man in the cell right next to me , I heard him crying for his mother . One night in my cell they were outside with shackles and I believe they were planning on doing it to me , I made a false threat to make them stop , I told them I know people & I will tell everyone about what they are going to do to me . I made this report to the FBI when I was released from jail . I also suffered severe trauma while in jail and was sent to Marcy psychiatric facility , I was hallucinating & talking to myself , I was diagnosed with PTSD & schizoaffective disorder , I also required major heart surgery right after I was released form jail . I was never charged with what they were accusing me of & as far as what I was charged with , I was ordered to complete a parenting class which I did in order to have the order of protection removed , the family court did not receive the information before I was arrested . I contacted the public defenders office about a year after I was released from jail and asked if they could help , they sent me a letter in the mail along with an application stating that they can help me with the matter , I still have that paper , after I mailed it in I never heard from them again , I called several times and left messages but they never got back to me , I sent several emails and they never got back to me , the emails they say were threatening were misunderstood because I was drinking when I sent them , they basically meant I am coming with my own lawyer if you don?t want to help , 3 emails were sent because when I sent them I did not get a message saying they were sent successfully , so I tried 2 more times , three of the same email was sent , when I went toApr 17th, 2014Someone from Santa Cruz, CA signed.

DCS has kidnapped my children by committing perjury, fabricating evidence, falsifying documents etc. The corruption is unimageanable. They have destroyed my family, my life, and my relationship with my children. My children were never harmed, or abused, I'm not on drugs or alcohol. family court judges are intentional evil so do social worker. they should open the court hearing if the pareants requst to. let the jury make a fair decision. not the evil judge. those evil judge should be thoughout of the bench and loss their license. they should not allow ever practice the law because their low evil class.REPORT COMMENTS

I was lead to believe that signing the dependency was the only way to get my kids back. I was not informed that I could contest it and petition the courts to close the case seeing how the only thing I was guilty of was lack of parenting skills. The case was mainly about the mother. She thinks she is above the law and sneaky yet entraps herself in her documented web of lies.
