Stevens Co. WA... My ex best friend happened to be the Colville supervisor, signed a bogus emergency removal order full of false alligations even saying that with my criminal history I was likely to be RE-INCARSERATED for long periods of time... I have NEVER been charged with a crime and don't even have a speeding ticket on my record! They lied and then lied again under penalty of perjury refusing to admit that they made false statements after I filed an objections and corrections. I even proved they lied by providing clean hair follicle tests and urine samples for months on end. They ended up dismissing my case and I have My daughter home but the damage they caused my entire family is indescribable! There is no accountability due to the fact that even the attorney general covers for their lies! The damage they cause and the abuse reported that gets swept under the rug is DISGUSTING.. kids are collateral to them! Take a perfectly happy, healthy, child out of a home with a mother and father and place her with an abusive, single, senior foster woman and when I complained about the abuse I was told that I was really causing a lot of problems.. there for denied access to my sick child's doctor appointment ! I have proven violations but no one will listen to my case saying that I'm lucky to have my child home and case dismissed! I fought every single second to get her back it has nothing to do with luck and everything to do with God! But the fact is there never was a case in the first place and my daughter should have NEVER been taken from me! Please review their actions ASAP to save future victims -

I am dealing with stevens county CPS for over a year. I am in a same sex marriage and i believe this is the only reason why i do not have my children back. We have done nothing but comply with everything they insisted we do and then some. They still have not talked about returning the children! Laterwe sister is going through this her Guyana's is being accused of hitting my niece who was in the hospital for a torn pancreas my niece weighs as much as my two yr old and she is two yes older than he is she eats a lot But we come from a family of thin ppl. My younger niece when asked what happened to her said my older niece which is 7 hit her in the tummy with the guitar CP's said that, that couldn't tear her pancreas only a manly hit to the stomach can do that now my brother in law is being indited he is a good guy has no criminal back ground he doesn't even have traffic tickets never has been in haul and the safest part is my sister has four kids the two oldest the 4 and 7 yr old are not his but he choose to be with her and loved them as if they were Later they had two more it's been almost two yrs and he has not seen the two oldest they always ask about him it's almost over CP's has no proof for the assumptions that they are making but it still looks like it's going down hill.REPORT COMMENTS

My grandchildren were placed in my care due to domestic violence towards their mother by her husband. The husband is not father to any of the three children. I had my grandchildren for a year. Recommendations by guardian ad litem was place in foster care then adoption after only one visit and 2 phone calls to my home. CPS worker agreed day of court after telling me day before her recommendation is guardianship for me. She has since been removed from the case due to accusations of having an affair with my daughters husband prior to our case (conflict of interest). There has been a sequence of events from start of case November 2013 when they were placed with me for two weeks, sent home, and returned by January 2014. After the judgement was handed down to take them, the judge stated, you know how I feel about. What has turned out to be a supposedly temporary situation is going into five months. The judge stated, there wasn't anyone in my family fit to keep the kids. My son, daughter, and I had a peaceful protest to "Help bring our children home." It was used against us in court and my daughter was denied visitation. I was denied getting them back because I followed an organization that made the community aware of our situation which my son started and he lives with me. After researching various websites I saw that I was not alone. The oldest of my grandchildren 16, was placed in a group home for troubled youth. She was an honor student, no behavioral issues and it has been very difficult for her to adapt. My grandsons 11 and 10 are in a foster home. One of my grandsons was restarted on an ADHD medication superceding the recommended dosage. My 10 yr. old has such a flat affect I have my suspicion he may be medicated. I am a Registered Nurse/homeowner. Throughout court hearings our family has been bashed and discredited by the system. Many derogatory statements have been made in court. Letters written to higher authorities in the state of North Carolina was used against us in court. I am in support of all families fighting for "Justice 4 Injustice."REPORT COMMENTS

My rights got terminated to three of mine and the case worker falsified court documents to get them taken in the first place not to mention how she committed perjury by saying I didn't take a drug test but I have a copy of the results from that same drug test that she claims I never took. I know this is happening all over and it needs to stop. CPS is legally stealing children for adoption so they can make money. There is a federal law stating that if they adopt out foster children they will get so much money from the federal gov. and another law that says they have to file to terminate parental rights at 15 months of the most recent 22. All CPS has to do is drag the case out which they are good at. They have dragged my case. And I'm still involved with them over two of my other kids. And even though I have a trailer in a neighboring state waiting on an icpc to go through in the court report it states that I have been staying with relatives for a year and have been unable to secure my own house (this is the one that they have to file TPR on) yet in my oldest ones report it states that the icpc has been started and mentions my trailer. Go figure they want my second youngest to adopt out or else they wouldn't have stated the report like that. Why no higher up officials don't see a problem is either they are getting kickbacks or they just don't care. Its bulls**t. A government agency has no right to rip families apart and turn around and legally sell children for money . Quite frankly my children are priceless and yes I have my paperwork to back up my claims just would b nice to know where to send my evidence to. My heart breaks for all the kids ripped wrongfully from their parents and I know and sympathize with each and every parent cause I know your pain. My sister is fight CPS my nieces had a torn pancreas and she used to have a thing call ITP where the anti blood cells were fight the white blood cells so she would get bruises out of no where the doctors said she could only get a torn pancreas from a manly hit and CPS automatically started pointing fingers at my brother in law my sister nor brother in law are not abusive at all they been putting up with this for a year now and thinking about putting my nieces and nephew in foster care this is getting way out of hand my sister deserves her kids that is not right taking them from us for no reason I really wish this will be over soon CPS does not have nothing on my sister at all but it still looks like everything is going down hillREPORT COMMENTS

My 5 children were taken, 2 went to their own dad and 3 were adopted out. I was denied every right and ignored when I tried to speak I argued with my public defender and the judge when they did not follow the law but they would proceed as if I didnt explain nor have rights. Mostly I was denied my children. Im so lost and desprite to be with my babies. My statute of limitions is almost up and I cant find a attorney. Lost and hurting I cant give up. There needs to be a change in how cps handles families. They should be punished and inprisoned for all they do. Falsifying reports, with holding vital evidence, not allowing parents to disagree and p rovide evidence to prove themselfs innocent, not supplying parents with court reports until they enter court, denying counsel change when p.d. refuses to represent client correctly and so many other things.REPORT COMMENTS

CORRUPTION AT COLVILLE WASHINGTON CPS My sister had my two 6 and 8 year old nephews taken from CPS over a year ago due to alleged drug use. She has never had a dirty U.A. through them since she started. The last parenting class, my older nephew was very upset saying "Why did you do drugs with us there!! I don't want to live with you!" And my younger nephew was saying "Yes you do brother! You want to live with mom!!!" It's not like the older one to act like that. After the "CPS counselor" (the only place my sister can go because her social worker said it has to be through them) my older nephew had wrote his mom a letter saying "Sorry mom, I didn't mean that. I will change. I promise." And at visitation she asked him what made him say those things and he said that before she walked in the lady had told him that she was doing drugs while they were in her care. I have sent toys, bracelets etc. with their mother to give to them and every single time they come to the next visitation saying the foster parents took whatever I had given them and gave them to their real kids. My sister sent lotion home with the older one because his knees get really dry and itch and the foster parent said "you don't need that" and gave it to their real daughter who is 16. Their real kids get to stay up and watch t.v. my nephews sit in their room, they don't get that privilege. My older nephew told his mom at visits that his brother always sits on the bed in their room by himself and my younger nephew said "yeah, cause I like to listen to the birds and stuff." He's 6 and sitting in his quiet room listening to birds, it sounds to me like he has a lot on his mind. He shouldn't be having to go through that. My sister showed my pictures she had taken at visitation. The boys are wearing hand me downs, stained shirts, their pants are high waters, their hair is past their ears. They look like little poor kids. Then she showed me a picture of them when they had gotten taken. Their hair just cut and styled, clean NEW clothes. The difference in the two pictures is unbelievable! CPS in Colville is a bunch of bull. When my sister got her evaluation she was told she didn't have a drug or alcohol problem. She's never been in trouble with the law. The problem? She's married to another woman. My sister didn't just give those boys what they needed to survive, those kids were spoiled. She always thought of them first and CPS came in and ripped them out of a loving home to put them in some strangers home. My sister has done everything they ask her to do. Her social worker, Jackie, is constantly giving her the wrong addresses for meetings in Spokane and making her late and every meeting she sets up for her to go to is right before her visitation so it takes away from her visits. Every time. Her social worker tells her to go to this appointment and that appointment and she does every time. Her social worker is making her jump through all these loop holes. A crazy accident resulting in our possible termination of parental rights. All because of an incompetent doctor and a pathologically lying cps caseworker.
