DCF is so corrupt they dont want to look into true facts they just want to make their jobs easier and assume what isnt right. I lost my four kids cause they didnt want to look into the facts. This will be the MOST heart wrenching story yet. The agony of a family and with one office to blame. DCF. We have had involvement with the department and two cases had been closed in our past. In October, criminal false accusations of sexual assault on a child from my fiancee's ex-boyfriend led to an investigation and my arrest and detainment. The child (4) later admited to his mother that his daddy made him say it. DCF refused to acknowledge this. I have four children, three prior and one with my fiancee. She had two prior. Six children under 8 in our home for three years. With the arrest, DCF was involved again. District Court granted custody of my children to my fiancee. For about a month, everything was on except for seriously traumatic interviews on the child in question, both physical and mental. Torture. Recommended by DCF. In November, an unnamed person applied for temporary guardianship of three out of my four children. It was granted. But in order to get the children, she had to say awful things about my fiancee. With that, half of the kids were gone. In January, A petition for custody of the remaining three was filed. For neglect on the mother for letting a babysitter watch the kids. Someone with no criminal or DCF record. The child (4) said she threw him on the ground and hit him in the face. Another lie from the child. With this DCF went to court and returned to the house to take the children. In doing so, taunted the motherwith "one last hug and kiss" before they left. When we finally had our hearing almost 22 days later, DCF applauded the ex-boyfriend for "caring" about the children and "reporting" this allegation. Then excused him from court so he could return to work. This man has been arrested and jailed. Beat his mother, his girlfriend and his ex girlfriends repeatedly And DCF approves of him. Admitted in his statement that he has a percocet addiction and is still "a good father" to the children.So while in our hearing, DCF screams at the mother about how she should have been calling her children and telling her how her anxiety is a mental health concern. they accuse her of being neglectful for allowing me to remain in the home and think that I am the source of the DCF plot. This woman has done nothing. Never hurt a child. Never been to lazy to do it. Never been preoccupied with her own troubles or cares. It has been kids first every day. There is no case against her except for the sick twisted tales of the social worker. Now the department has custody of all six children. 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, and 2. This is where it gets even more twisted. DCF took all six kids and put them in six different housed across three different towns. The mother is not allowed phone contact with hers, but my kids have called me. The mother is being pushed around by the big bad DCF worker and no one will stand up for this family!!!! We need help and fast. These kids need their mommy and soon!!!! please help !!!!REPORT COMMENTS

In August of 2009, I was accused of abuse and my children were removed from my home. I have been fighting to regain my rights back since this day. I did all that was asked of me by the state of Indiana, only for my children to be ripped from my family. This all took place 5 months to the day of me loosing my mother and my oldest sister. The system has no idea the pain and agony they cause the child/children, parent/parents, grandparent/grandparents, families, nor love ones involved. My "public pretender" had ample proof didn't use it during CHINS case. My "public pretender" in my criminal case treated me as if I was uneducated, worthless, and didn't know what parenting was about. They don't care of the situations we go through as parents to feed, cloth, house, nor protect our children. I've been sick, come close to nervous breakdowns, and so depressed since this has happened. My baby girl has been abused within the system ad the CPS worker acted as if that was okay. An adult gave my child a black eye and had my babies lie and say that she fell off a bed unto a shoe. Now it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that was a complete and fabricated lie. Yet they allowed this woman to adopt my children ages 14, 8, and 6. I have family members whom were and are still willing to be responsible for my children so that they would be amongst their own family , not someone else. The case worker talked to my family told my sister how to go about the process, but NEVER sent the paperwork than begin ignoring my sister's calls until recently. Ms. Williams lied and said, "I'm working on reunification for yourself and your children." My children are not with me, plus made up a bunch of lies to persuade the courts. I've seen the children whom have become adults that don't understand it wasn't their parent/parents faults, it was the state. I pray everyday for my children's safety and return to me. I have a gut feeling something isn't right with them and my oldest whom is with the family is reaching out. They won't even allow my family to keep in touch with my children. These state workers lie to the families, the courts, and the child/children. It's ridiculous until it's them on the receiving end.REPORT COMMENTS

The CPS system is faulty not only because of finding but because many of those that are working for the system are also abusers of the system. I know of such a woman that is the Director of the program in Pennsylvania and she is neglecting her children and refusing access to their father because she was angry for him leaving her after she had an affair. My kids were taken, neglected, abused, separated, when my dad should have got em. all cuz my judge who use to b a lawyer, lost many cases against my father in law when he was my age.He should have excused himself from the bench right away. n the foster worker Dana Holcome, me n my wife went to high school with her, she actually even asked me out once, we all laughed n made fun of her after that, but hey that was high school n can u say CONFLICT OF INTEREST, she also never should have been the worker on our case, but CHEBOYGAN don't care.The reason i have been telling my story is because Cheboygan County has 5 of my grand children n i want them back. I had temporary custody of 2 of them for 7 months. They were so very happy here living with me n going to school here.. My daughter n her husband lost their other 3 children. They put them into foster care n promised they would keep all 5 kids together. So they took the 2 away from me instead of giving me the other 3 even though they told my daughter that's where they were going. They cried so hard when they came to take them, they did not want to leave us, n i had a very hard time with it myself n still do. The case worker that took them Dana Holcome told so many lies about me that were NOT true n i do have proof. They started using my criminal record against me so that i couldn't get my grandkids. I haven't had any problems in 15 yrs. But the foster home they did send my grandkids to had criminal records. I couldn't see how they even got a foster care license their record was worse than mine and not to mention very recent stuff in there.Me n my daughter kept telling Dana Holcome n social services and the lawyers and Judge Butts that the kids were being abused mentally n physically but they just kept ignoring us, even the kids were telling them n they wouldn't listen. But finally after they had to endure more abuse they saw it for themselves n removed the kids from the home.What a freaking joke n messed up county Cheboygan is.When my daughter went to court to get her kids back the judge didn't let anyone talk except the lawyers and the lawyers didn't even fight for my daughter at all. Now the judge Judge BUTTS was the Lawyer who fought against me n took my son away from me all those yrs ago.He should have excused himself from the case right away but he refused. n Dana Holcome did so many things wrong n the judge didn't even care or want to hear about it.I see no reason why my grandchildren can't be hear living with me where they are very happy and loved very much since my daughter can't have them. they would all be together since the first thing they did was separate them. The courts have done me wrong in so many ways that is for sure. But there is not a day that goes by that i don't think about my grandchildren. It hurts me to see that they are not with a family member. I want them and that is all that matters to me. that till this very day i don't even know what heroine even looks like. I tried to hire a lawyer but he told me that i would not even enter a court room, When the lawyer went into the judges chamber he came out and asked me if i had 10 thousand dollars. I told him NO and his exact word were THEN I GUESS YOUR FU**KED. The only thing they found in my home was a bag of seeds. None of this stuff matters to me though. I haven't had any problems, It's real hard to fight the courts back when the judge, prosecutor and even your own lawyer are against you. A layer contacted me on a disability case. It took him 4 months to win it for me. His name is Dan Smith. There are SOME good lawyers but they are so hard to find. I would like to explain my experience with the police, lawyers, and judges. I'm not saying that i'm completely innocent but 20 yrs ago my son was taken from me for a good reason and put into a foster home. The people that had my son in foster care worked for the courts. They wanted to keep him so the lawyers and judges were going to help them to keep my son. I was only allowed supervised visits with him so when i mentioned to them that he had cigarette burns on his arms they tried saying i did it. How could i when i was being watched the whole time. They really went that far to keep him.I finally got enough money to hire a lawyer and we got our son back. The crooked lawyer's that were involved are now Judges. I was picked up at a bar for drunk driving, Yet i had no car. I asked for a lawyer and a jury, they told me i was not going to do jail time so i was not allowed a jury or a lawyer. I went to court and they asked who was driving the car, they said if i didn't tell them who was driving the car that i was going to jail for attempted court. So i gave them a name and wouldn't u know it they arrested me anyways for perjury. I had no idea what they were even talking about. I thought they were just harassing me yet again. I was picked up again for drunk driving but this time i was home in bed asleep when they came into my home. My wife answered the door. They barged in, got me out of bed and arrested me for drunk driving. ( Guess They caught me driving drunk in my dream ). I hired a lawyer and asked for a jury to decide if the police came into my home illegally. They did not have a warrant and yet again i was denied a jury. I was pulled over for drunk driving. They asked me to take the walking test. I asked him if i could have the breathalyzer instead because i had just had surgery on my knee. He was a real*****and said no. So of course i failed the walking test.Then he asked me to take the breathalyzer, I told him i would take it when i get to the jail or the hospital. He took me straight to jail. Another guy gave me the breathalyzer and i passed it, i didn't have so much as a sip of alcohol. He asked the police officer who brought me in if he wanted him to let me go and he said " no arrest and charge him for drunk driving anyways". I went to court and he took me straight into the judges chamber and the judge told me I better plea guilty for a lesser charge or he swore he would get me later. I was hurt on a job. I got a lawyer, I thought it was a good case. A guy ran into me with a backhoe. He was so drunk and his boss is the one who bought the beer for him. Everyone on the job was willing to testify for me but 4 yrs later my lawyer tell me to take what they are offering. It wasn't enough, but i took it anyways because the lawyer said that was the best he could do for me. My house was raided and i was charged with 3 counts of delivery. I have never delivered anything ever. I was also charged with cocaine and heroine and i can honestly swearREPORT COMMENTS
