I am fighting cps to get my kids back....from neglect we didnt even do..they have been committing purgery this whole time they have been harrasing us and our children and they have our children on so many medications and undergoing so many medical procedures its unreal! Dcfs/cops has way too much power... SW Julie turner was the first one we had to deal w/ and she already made up her mind that my grand kids (since their parents were not available) were better in plan A) non-relative care and b) adoption--this has happened before about 12 years ago and my grandson was placed w/ my husband and I w/o incident...well things have changed...I can't say my daughter has had the best choice in relationships...but get this, there were a couple of complaints to cps intake and at that time my daughter was trying to get out of an abusive relationship, the bottom line is on 3-27-12...cps took 3 of 5 of her children w/ the cops out.of school and then I get a phone call...(my daughter was raising my 12 year old grandson and two sets of twins) ...so she had the father of the youngest twins keep them for a little while so she could get away from this guy billy who has now since suicided, and also, her cheatin' ex but father of the youngest never ever let my daughter see her youngest...my 12 year old grandson who's father was incarcerated at the time and the oldest twins dad who got busted on a controlled A substance charge and felony for drug trafficking across the us w/ some trucking company and got busted on the WA /CA border with about 50 bricks of cocaine and is not a us citizen...he was first sent to jail and then INS detention for about 2 -1/2 years...she has tried to divorce him, but I guess he can't get his green card for citizenship without being married to her and together for like10 years...anyway back to 3-27-12...I had all three kids and promised them that I would keep them together and my husband and I had to do observed UA's and fingerprints (I am a chemical dependency counselor since 1992 and sober since 10-7-87 and have also worked for the court system doing DUI assessments only-which I quit because I am a human being not a human doing)...anyway this sw Julie turner took those kids away from us on 4-6-12 and put them in foster care...because when she asked us to jump "we didn't say how high" she also held my Parkinson's against me and then lied about it...ya I have it but to meet me u wouldn't know unless u are at my house when I first get up cause of the stiffness and ridgiity and at night, and I have some non-motor stuff, but did cps take mike j. Fox's kids away from him and he is way more advanced than I...anyway, during the kid's interrogations, she brought that up to my grandson ...he told me she said"well your grandma might be too sick to take care of you"...I was mad and confronted the sw in a professional manner and she denied it in front of my grandson and he said "yes u did...yes u did" he said she said it when they were in a private room at the dcfs office...I know he wouldn't just make that up...anyway Julie turner took those kids away from me when I had to bring them in to visit their mom because then she had to have supervised visitation...then they switched social workers (tony loya) who was actuaREPORT COMMENTS

CPS is full of corruption. I have been on both sides of the foster care system and cannot believe the reality of it. The state can tak your kids for spanking. Spanking is legal in ND. There is no due process for CPS cases. You are guilty no matter what just because a social worker doesn't like you. We had a lawyer and won our case but it took $30,000 and 4 months. Not to mention the community shame since everyone believes you must have abused your kid to have them removed. I have lost ALL faith in the system. We are better off without CPS. There are cases of true abuse but the money is spent waste fully wrecking good families. A 13 year old boy wAs just starved to death in ND and where were they then! Harassing innocent people! It is amazing all the people who are against families and working for the state. From the counselors, social workers, guardian ad litems, etc. Our case is a picture perfect lawsuit against the state but those actually responsible - Brenda j Anderson, peg grandlin, Suzanne fetsch Crockett will never have to pay the consequences due to immunity. This is completely wrong, they know they can get away with tyranny. Our case was eventually dismissed without an apology. I know their judgement day will come. We must stop the destruction of innocent families!REPORT COMMENTS

CPS has come into my home, talked to my entire family, my daughters father's family, and myself. Why? All because some girl who I chose not to be friends with was offended... She called and filed a case saying that I am a drug dealing junkie who takes her daughter to Trenton every day to cop heroin. The case worker came to the house when I was not home and spoke to my parents and daughter, without my presence, and saw that my daughter is not only loved more than imaginable, but is in a great environment. I explained why this was happening and how this girl has set out in many ways to destroy my family and my life. They didnt want to hear it and they continued to get nasty with me. I am now seeking an attorney and looking into my rights. I feel I was treated unfairly and although I understand they are "doing their jobs", their jobs are not something I am in approval of or find to be acceptable.REPORT COMMENTS

The Southeastern Kansas agencies need a serious investigation! When my grandson was placed in foster care, they came up with every unsubstantiated excuse possible not to expedite an ICPC so that the child could be placed with my husband and me in Missouri. We didn?t want a paycheck, we only wanted our grandchild to continue being with his loving family, especially since we were the ones who had raised him for 6 years. Issues of foster care medical neglect were glossed over and disregarded. To even see our grandson required travel each week. The trauma I watched that child suffer is inexcusable when he had a loving, safe family to go to. Instead, it seems that Kansas was more interested in drawing more federal funds for keeping the child held hostage in Kansas foster care for a year! This is an outrage and it?s inexcusable. My grandson (and us) will forever bear the scars of this traumatic experience by the hands of the state?s power that remains unresolved to this day. This is just a tiny nutshell of the horrific experiences ? if I kept going, this would become too lengthy for anyone to read!REPORT COMMENTS

Then you have people that obey by the rules do everything that is asked of them and they still find a reason to not reunite the family. Potter county texas cps/ court is hurting kids and the family's that take them. they gave us custody of a child with severe rad,odd,ptsd, and we are still working on figuring it out. with out one diagnosis. We took her to find this out. they didn't tell her anything after court they gave her at 8 yrs old a 1hr notice your moving to Minnesota with your dad you meet yesterday for a hour for the first time and his family.REPORT COMMENTS
