Cps came out to my house on an anonymous call two Fridays ago and i had never been in that situation before so i cooperated with her and yesterday i law had to send her unwillingly with my mother in law. Anyone that knows my husband and i knows we would never harm a hair on our babies head. I believe it was someone with a vendetta or is just mad at one of us trying to hurt us. We are not perfect but we are good parent's raising our daughter to know right from wrong, to have good morals, and live with god in her heart. -

This system is extremely corrupt. When you pass a drug test with cps they claim it's unable to determine. When I took the hair follicle test and they told me I failed, I knew something was up. When I requested a copy of the test results all I got was a cover sheet that said failed on it. Fortunately I noticed it also had a made up ss# on it. When I asked about this they closed my case, and their whole attitude changed. I feel like I was set up and I just got lucky to have them make an obvious mistake in what looks to be an editable drug testing program. I would like there to be an investigation but I fear the retaliation of this bought out legal entity. There is so much more to this story but I would need pages to tell it accurately. Women aren't the only ones abused by this system.REPORT COMMENTS

My children were taken out of my custody and pit into their fathers custody after false, unsubstantiated allegations of my boyfriend hitting me, the dcbs worker Elizabeth camp lied stating that my 2 year old son which could not speak at the time stated i was hit during an interview in which i was present, also stated i voluntarily signed my children into the care of a family member which was not true, she told me if i didn't that they would be taken from me and put into foster care. After a year and a half of hearings i was told by the commissioner that as long as i was with my boyfriend which works with children and th community i will never have my kids back, then to social workers tried to testify on my behalf that they felt the children should be with me, the commissioner told them he didn't want to hear their opinion, instead he placed my children with their father that had no job, 5 previous dvos against him, previous drug charges, attempted to attack me in the court house after a hearing, and was living with his mother, instead of myself which was a full time nursing student, maintained a full time job, have a very nice home, and no record. Now here it is almost 5 years later and im on supervised visits which his mother supervises, only seeing them approx. 2 hours a week, they keep me ezcluded from every aspect of their lives, monitor what very few phone conversations we have and go against every wish i have pertaining to my children. I feel as though all of my rights are being violated and no one will help me. Ive missed out on the most important years of my children development and their father does not even raise them. How can the courts do this to people like me?REPORT COMMENTS

My brother and his wife just had their beautiful girl (my niece) of 2 1/2 years old, taken from them because (my cousin whom is only 13 lies) my cousin told her tutor that my brother and his wife could not adequately take care of my niece. This is an outright lie and her tutor had never beem to my brother or his wifes home. My niece has never been in danger or abused. The weird thing about it is, my cousin had been staying in my brothers household for over 2 months because my cousin family had come to hard times. My brother and his wife took care of my cousin and her every need. My cousin was seeing a tutor for summer school, in which her tutor asked her many personal questions and my cousin was open with her about food, clothes, living conditions, etc..., that her mother and father provided (while she was with her mother and father), which were not up to adequate living conditions. When CPS visited my cousins home they found marijuana in her room and a dirty house in which my cousin, her mother, father and brother would be responsible. The next thing CPS did was look for emergency placement of my cousin. They went to my brothers house to see how she was and talk with her to see if they could place my cousin with my brother and his wife. The next thing my brother knew was that CPS was asking about their little angel (FOR WHAT??? THE LIES my 13yr old cousin told!!!). When CPS entered my brothers house it was a bit messy like a 2 year old would make playing and having a great time ya know, toys all over and the like. All along my brother thought they were there to see my cousin and place her with him and his wife, but come to find out most of the things my cousin shared with her tutor (which were LIES), were brought to CPS attention by who else! HER TUTOR! The lies my cousin told her tutor were extreme, and with no gratitude for what my brother had been doing for her. Its as if PCS believed every word my cousin said to them (remember she is only 13 and marijuana was found in her room at her mothers and fathers house). CPS ended up taking my cousin, her brother, (which was staying with my sister) and my niece (our little angel) out of each families custody, only because of what a 13yr old liar told them. THIS IS MOST LIKELY WHY SO BEWARE --- NEWS FLASH***WASHINGTON? "Statements that children make to teachers about possible abuse can be used as evidence, even if the child does not testify in court, the Supreme Court ruled unanimously on Thursday, June 18, 2015.". Another violation of our rights as parents and compassionate human beings. What happened to due process??? baffles me. I thought it was innocent until proven guilty!!!!! The trauma that are putting us and our little angel through by listening to a 13 yr olds liar is complete utter heartache. We knew it was more than just the tutor when the case worker showed up at my brothers house serving a warrant, and my cousin yelled, "YOU LIED TO ME, I NEVER WANT TO TALK TO YOU AGAIN."
