My kids were taken in to foster care because I used pot for my high anxiety. Even being clean now for two months, they don't know when we can have them back. Last Friday I received a call from my social worker saying my 20 month old son was in the e.r because the foster family weren't watching him and he ate a handful of prescription pills. My son almost died. Thank God he has made a full recovery. But the messed up thing is the foster parents still have their kids...... and are not in jail for neglect. To top it off CP's didn't want to take my kids out of the home. I had to call after hours to have them removed. What is the sense in their job if they keep hurting kids.REPORT COMMENTS

I live in a rural community in the middle of Nebraska. I have deep concerns with the decisions that have been made in this jurisdiction concerning our children and custody. I feel it is imperative that someone step in and do something on behalf of these children. There is clear favoritism in the rulings that have been sent down, our children are being sent to live with parents who are unfit and can not even be responsible for themselves. There are documentations at the court house that present facts, which have been ignored and there is negligence and a disregard of the oath that was taken to uphold justice.REPORT COMMENTS

My daughter lives in Prescott Valley, Az. And has two children there and I have the first three living with me (the grandmother). CPS has been involved regularly since the birth of my granddaughter 6 months ago and are now trying to displace the children. Yet nobody has ever checked on the well being or what's going on with the three that live with me for the past two years. My daughter has done everything they asked her to do and they are just today giving her papers for displacement. This system is so backwards and somebody needs to intervene on behalf of the people. In Arizona it appears that they make the rules up as they go along. Thoroughly disgusted and angry. Also nobody from CPS has contacted me to see if I would take the other two since I have their three older siblings. Please do something to help stop this BS. These children don't deserve this. These people are not GOD, but try to play the part by doing what they do. This MUST stop, it's a total abuse and misuse of power!REPORT COMMENTS

I am glad to have found this page, as I can unfortunately, relate to all of these stories. I cannot understand for the life of me - what generation and what Country do we actually live in, to ALLOW this to happen all the time, in every state - it truly blows my mind and infuriates me beyond words!!!!!! I have literally been living a horrendous, never-ending, Nightmare for what will be ONE WHOLE YEAR on July, 9, 2015..... But I am fiercly dedicated and determined to somehow, someway, raise awareness about this atrocity, so that not just those of us who are personally AFFECTED by this, but, EVERYONE - is truly aware of what our Justice System is doing to the most innocent victims of all, our CHILDREN!!!! I will NOT allow the despicable CORRUPTION in our Family Courts to destroy my 3 year old nephew's life....and allow him to become just another victim of these power hungry, Greedy Monsters, who continually play GOD, just b/c they can!!! It's become a truly frightening, scary, and dangerous world that we live in. When a parent that has given birth to a child, raised him as a single mom, and raised one amazingly beautiful and HAPPY child, actually has to fear that at any given moment, her son could just be taken from her, without a reason, and left with NO RECOURSE to get him back!!! All thanks to the Government - who could care less about what happens to that little boy's life! Disgusting and unacceptable to me! Because of the manipulative, controlling, abusive, revengeful "father" of my nephew, he decided that he alone would have SOLE Custody of a child whom he willfully abandoned, both physically and financially for the first 2+ years off his life. MY sister no longer is allowed to see her son, my mother and I are not allowed to see him either, or even call him - he has blocked all phone numbers except for my sister's, but rarely will be answer when she calls anyway. Did I mention that my sister was also forced to get a Restraining Order against this person, because of years of physical violence, which only escalated after my nephew was born, ultimately my sister realized she and her son needed to get far away from him - after he began with threats to kill her and/or my nephew. So, im sure if your reading this page, then it should come as no surprise, that the father has been allowed to do what he has done, ALL BECAUSE OF SOME SERIOUS STATE CORRUPTION! One year later, and we have seen my nephew, only supervised, in the state of ALABAMA, for a mind-blowing total of 16 HOURS.... This is the child that we raised, the child that we absolutely adore more than life itself, the little baby we spent every single day with, watching in amazement as he developed into a toddler, seemingly overnight, the little boy who instantly became our everything, the center of our universe, the little boy who is beyond loved and adored by his family..... and we have spent just 16 hours with him in an entire YEAR!!!! my rights were terminated based on the grounds of the mothers right being terminated i was a resource and filed a petition for custody wasn't living with the childs mom and some how my rights were terminated the courts as well as my lawyer told me that if the mothers rights get terminated than my rights as well had to be terminated i feel as me being the father they totally violated my rights i was never served any papers i served them with papers and here i am making a complaint because i was not used as a resource but an interesting party.REPORT COMMENTS

I've seen so many cases of CPS acting on bogus complaints and assuming a Gestapo-like stance while they force their will upon good Parents raising good kids. Putting the entire family thru impossible tasks to keep their family together. Then even after the parents did all they were told to do,, still ended up kidnapping the children and destroyed the lives of all those involved. Lies, deceptions, false statements forged papers, and home invasion all routine for the bastards in power. No "justice" exists in the "Justice System" , the honest fall and the illicit rise in the food chain. A pity with no pity for the families or kids that have to go thru the never ending harassment with constant badgering before the real pain hits home when CPS steals the kids at the last minute and adopts them out. the laws need adjusting and those in power must have closer monitoring. Hold these Nazi creeps accountable. If they wrongfully take kids from their parents they must be punished. take theirs, or cut off a hand for their crime Hell cut their friggin baby makers off.. it still wouldn't compare to the pain they routinely dish out on the innocents. That pain never ends, its a life long agony that must be prevented. The time is Now. i have witnessed truly bad parents, some that have beaten and neglected their children be reported to CPS. i have witnessed no action being taken by CPS, some of these children i have seen go hungry because their parents sold their food stamps. The parents were reported to CPS and even though they had their children back FROM CPS No action was taken. Then you have the certain caseworkers that will do anything in their power to lie and make false allegations . The caseworkers do not summon witnesses on the behalf of the accused, yes i do indeed believe that these parents are considered guilty the minute the children are removed. My friend never had a fighting chance to get her children back.OK there is that. Now have been on the other end of that ugly stick ...... I took in a friends niece who i have known since her infancy . The caseworker called me to ask if i could take her in after a background check on my then 20 year old son and myself,which both of us were cleared and she was left in my care..well the next 6 to 8 weeks were some of the most stressful times of my life.. You see the hurdles they have you jump through , the extensive interviews, the inspections of your life and home routinely done. The system almost seems as though they are expecting you to fail and when you dont fail they seem to be angry about it and look for more ways to prevent you from giving this child a fighting chance at a life with a person who cares about them. We The People have such limited rights. . We The People deserve the right to be heard. and as We The People of this corrupt system need to stand up and fight for these unheard cries of the lied upon and misuse of power displayed by our CPS Agencies. My family has been afffected by the corruption that is so shamelessly being carried out in the family courts and by ACS workers. I have witnessed first hand that even the Child's attorney appointed by the court to represent the best interest of the child are working with the court to ensure the ACS workers and ACS lawyers succeed in blocking family reunification. Even privately hired attorneys are afraid to fight these criminals. These attorneys warn that ACS often lie and fabricate evidence and that families should be afraid of them. We have been bluntly told by ACS workers that we have no right. The foster agencies contracted to manage the placement of the children also work with ACS and the courts to block families from reuniting. These Foster Care agency workers also manipulate their records, ommit findings that show children under their care are at risks, and lie to the judge against family members. The entire system is corrupt and are not working with the families. All the players (judges, DAs, child's lawyers, appointed deffensse attornyes, agency workers) are working to keep the children trapped in foster care and never return them to the parents or families.REPORT COMMENTS
