My granddaughter is being held like a hostage in Dutchess County, NY. We, her REAL FAMILY, proven by DNA, are being abused by the judge, Denise Watson and the DCFS agency. They have manipulated the entire process to give my granddaughter to the foster parents. This baby has a large extended family, including certified foster parents, ready and willing to give her a good life. This judge and this agency need to be investigated. I know this family personally and I think this is disgusting that what is being done to this little girl. Never mind the family put them aside for a minute and think about the child. Molly is young now and hopefully she wont remember any of this. I don't see how you can call this justice or in the best interest of Molly. Now lets bring the family back in. Who better then a family to care for you. I understand how this all started but now her real family is here and able and willing to give this little girl all the love and caring that she needs. I plead with you to put her with her family and let this little girl grow up without any emotional scars that you yes you are ADDING to her. My God this family is willing and standing by just waiting to welcome this little girl into their home. I have been following this Save Molly situation here in NJ/NY. Its downright absurd and disgusting how the DFYS & court system is able to "kidnap" and hold onto a child for over a year, from her family who are willing, proven capable ( actual foster parent approved here in NJ), loving, and ready to give their all to this innocent child. So many love her, and want/need her to be raised with her biological aunts, uncles and cousins. Raised with no lies being told to her as she grows as who and why here family left her or did not fight for her. What lies and stories will the foster parents she is with now tell her?? Does she need to wait till her 18th birthday to search out her loving, caring family then enter years of therapy finding out her whole childhood was based on a lie?? Molly is very young beautiful little girl and needs a voice to speak up for her to be brought back to New Jersey where her blood relatives are waiting with arms wide open for her return. Please do the right thing by this little sweetheart and release her to her aunt and family. Let Molly live her life where she belongs. She was born a Weldon and should remain one!!!REPORT COMMENTS

My name is Catherine Sabol, Great Aunt of Brooklyn Molly *****n, and DOB 7-2-13, the child referenced in CPS case # 55575. I have had misgivings about this case since I found out that Molly had been promised to a pre-adoptive foster family and yet Judge Denise Watson, Dutchess County, seems to have thwarted our efforts at every turn. In my opinion, Judge Watson continually favors the foster family and ignores the rights of both Molly, and her family. The phenomenal amount of unnecessary government spending on this one case is at issue as well. Tomorrow is yet another court hearing where my family will be attending, except Sharon Caminero, my niece, who did not make the last one, which was supposed to be a conference call and changed to a hearing THAT SAME DAY? We are 3 hours away. Paula Calli is the social worker responsible for creating this huge mess in the first place. She has a close personal relationship with the foster mother who has Molly right now. Paula is NOT looking out for the best interest of the child. She is a case worker for Dutchess county social services and her contact information is: Phone (845)486-3070 or (845)486-3080, Fax: (845)486-3111. She has since been removed from the case due to our complaint filing there, and then we wrongfully assumed that initial mistakes made would be reversed, and yet, we still have no progress in getting Molly home. From her actions, it appears that Paula struck a deal to provide her friend, Juliette Koch, the foster parent, with a baby, our biological family member. We will be looking into criminal charges, if warranted. We feel we are being stonewalled, and why, if there have been no improprieties? Is there corruption within the Dutchess County CPS? Can we please be directed to get help with this heartbreaking issue? p. 1 of 6 It is ridiculous that for over 16 months, New York State has kept Molly from her biological family that is more than willing to take her in. Please help us to bring her home and expose this ?politicking? in Dutchess County. My sister, Claire Denis and my niece, Sharon Caminero (Paternal Aunt seeking custody) have provided all pertinent information as well as their contact information, below. TIMELINE INFORMATION: We are requesting your assistance, intervention and enforcement of compliance by Dutchess County to release this child to her biological family. Molly was born on July 3, 2013 to her unmarried parents, Brian Weldon and Edwina *****n. Her mother attacked her on Friday March 28, 2014. On Monday, March 31, 2014, Molly's father and grandfather arrived in court to gain custody. On April 4, 2014 the mother signed consent of guardianship to Molly's Paternal Aunt, Sharon Caminero. Sharon filed for emergency guardianship but was denied because the letter from the mother was not notarized. This was attorney and CPS supervisor ineptitude and the attorney has since been terminated from representing Sharon and the family. ThREPORT COMMENTS

According to Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's website: Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced that New York State has awarded $1.34 million to 13 programs to provide Kinship Caregiver services, an important permanency option for children in foster care and others who cannot safely live with their parents. The funding will be administered by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services." If this is in fact truly the case, then please tell me why Dutchess County court and CPS are actively preventing our family from being reunited.REPORT COMMENTS

I recently lost my special needs son when I was reaching out for mental health services for my son. In stead CPS went behind my back snatched my 12 year from school. CPs first got involved and didn't help me, they never did a home investigation, never came out to do the in homes service. When they did come to my home. Cps had to change their name to dcs for a reason..that reason being that they lost contracts with the state for not doing their job properly. but new name or not it's actually gotten worse for everyone because of cow's mistakes. . They are so quick to pull a child under investigation of allegations that most of the time are false and it takes at least a year to prove the court ND every one else wrong..how is that helping the kids?? Or for the best interest of the kids as they put it? It's corrupt ND just plain wrong..they should at least let kids stay at hone WHILE proving themselfs THEN make a final decision. .depending on the situation of course but come on..so many people are so quick to judge ND gossip or someone can just plain flat out not lie you and call cps with false allegations and make something small into something huge and who really suffers !!?? Douglas County Colorado has an extremely corrupt system. The case workers, judges, therapists, investigators, and so on. They have taken my friends daughter after being abducted and gang raped, because she violated probation by missing curfew and the mother called the police because she was terrified since her daughter returned home recently from a treatment center after an 11 day abduction and drugged up and pimped out to over 20 offenders. . She was on probation for truancy , So after being put into several facilities, originally they said because they wanted to help with the therapy and treatment center costs, a year and a half later, while the single mother of mother three has been forced to pay child support to the state the whole time, the daughter gets pregnant in their care after taking a bunch of pills with other children in the center. the first treatment center she was in, she was physically assaulted by another girl in there. The home they sent her to that specializes in pregnant while-in-the-system children, allowed the same girl that assaulted her over a year and a half ago in the home with her and refuse to move her even though she isn't pregnant I could keep going on the rights violated and how abusive and heartless these people are but to sum it up, they now are pending neglect charges against the mother who has been there as much as they will let her and only now after she threatened to file a grievance. They tell her at every therapy session from day one that she is a wonderful loving mother and that the daughter just needs to learn how to not put herself in dangerous situations, which is pretty ironic that they are the most dangerous situation of all. And now are saying the mother has mental problems, all because she threatened to stand up for her rights, Her court appointed lawyer told her not to appeal the petition that had false accusations and incorrect information and dates and false reports and that it was in her best interest to not fight it, Now they have a psych evaluation report from a person she has never met. Her daughter has already witnessed one girl miscarry due to them refusing to take her to the hospital after being in intense pain. And as I am typing this she herself is being taken to the hospital because she has been sick her entire pregnancy due to stress and lack of care. She a victim that was abducted by disgusting rapist predators just to become a victim to the CPS and Douglas County judicial branch who in my opinion are just as evil and power driven. Just human traffickers with no one to stop their manipulations and greedy filthy hands. ......oh and on the greedy note, since the mother has been paying child support the entire time, struggling to make ends meet, she decided to file for 17 yrs worth of back payment child support for the father, and they have told her that when the money is awarded, they will have rights to all 17 years worth of child support, because the daughter is currently in theirREPORT COMMENTS
