My case was in Kenton County, Kentucky Judge Lisa Bushelman and Kenton county CPS KIDNAPPED MY FIVE CHILDREN. One of my children was born with Rhabdomyosarcome of the prostate, bladder, and lungs....and they took all of them away with no evidence, plus I lived in Ohio and my children were in Ohio schools at the time. I reported the judge to the Juditial Conduct Commission, and the local FBI and Frankfort. I have reported the case worker Anette Fisher to the Inspector Generals office and also the FBI. My children have been physically, emotionally, and sexually abused while in states custody. My son with cancer has had cigarettes put out on his back while in states custody....and the judge wouldn't even look at the pictures of the abuse, she just walked out and went to her chambers. They took my for "neglect" with no evidence just testimony from the CPS WORKER, but when I have evidence on abuse from the foster homes the judge turns her back. THIS IS ALL ABOUT MONEY, POWER, and CONTROL. I have had five lawyers, all have been threatened by the judge and CPS WORKERS, please help save my children -

We are living in a police state in which social workers with liberal arts degrees storm American homes and seize children from safe, fit, loving, non offending parents and perversely turn their backs on children who are are in real danger and need of immediate help. As the body count of young children rises in this country our leaders do NOTHING but accept federal funding and funnel it back into their constituencies to feed these inept, corrupt child welfare agencies. My perfectly healthy grandson is being held hostage in the local NICU which is creating false medical records to support CPS and in the process fraudulently billing Medi-Cal $10,000 per day. They have him in a separate room where he cannot be seen by anyone but visitors because he is in perfect health with NO Medical treatment!REPORT COMMENTS

I am going through all this with my children it emotional abuse and it is tragedy splitting families apart separating children is not the answer sad thing if you go down to the Camden nj dyfis building right around the corner from there building is Walter rand transportation center you see pregnant women high on drugs you see people going to get drugs with there babies but nothing is done you have people who go to them for help and they take your kids away or you complete everything they ask of you and they still don't give you your kids bk instead they give them to foster homes who abused them or they put your kids away or they create mental issues for parents and their children they allow people to use hear say against you and they allow the system to abuse our children just because they want there mother's. I'm a mother who nobody will help or listen to my rights I'm told I have but they don't allow me to put them at use my children and my rights are being provoked and because my children want me one has been put away and called bipolar at 8 years old and now she is 14 my son was a run away thank god I got to him before they tried to put him away but my children are suffering from what cps thought was best for them is not I been fighting for my children but because I'm not rich ant can't afford a lawyer they will not listen to me ...please support this cause it's wrong to keep children away from there parents ...REPORT COMMENTS

Ayla is a devoted single mother, a loving daughter, and a protective big sister. She is a young Republican, an ex-military wife, and a Christian; she is all American. She is a beautician, an Oakland Raiders fan, and a can beat anyone in a game of Yahtzee. She loves costume parties, Oreo cookie pie, and her seizure assist dog Reggie. ...And now she and her 18-month old daughter are victims of Arizona?s Department of Child Safety! Prior to becoming pregnant in April of 2013, Ayla was diagnosed with a debilitating seizure disorder that changed her life drastically. When daily seizures rendered her unable to work or drive, she found herself on the streets with no family near by. Ultimately she was forced to make the choice to move back home where she had the help and support of her dedicated mother. Doctors experimented with a host of anti seizure and anxiety medications, which eventually were able to control the frequency of the seizures, but this was only temporary. Once she realized that she was pregnant she stopped all of her medications due to the risk of harm it posed for the baby. The stress she was under contributed to premature labor at 29 weeks, and she was air lifted to Phoenix where the hospital was better prepared to deal with a high risk pregnancy. Another few weeks of off and on contractions and her beautiful daughter arrived two months early weighing a mere 4 lbs. Ayla spent day and night for nearly a month in a chair at her daughters crib side in the NICU until the hospital offered a room for her and the baby. Despite the challenges of being born premature, her daughter thrived and adapted easily to her new home. But after just 6 months of breastfeeding, Ayla's seizures were increasing in intensity and it was recommended that she stop nursing and resume the prescribed course of treatment. Doctors continued to monitor her seizures, adjusting the types and dosages of a variety of seizure medications. Other medications were added to her daily regimen including an trans-dermal anti-depressant patch, she refers to as her ?Happy Patch? that was supposed to help her better cope with the dramatic changes she was experiencing as the result of being a new mom suffering with a debilitating neurological disorder. NOW lets fast-forward a year?......Ayla and baby Aryan Starr were doing well, enjoying days at the park feeding the ducks, playing outside with a few of the kids in the neighborhood, and looking forward to swim lessons at the community pool and upcoming Mommy&Me classes. But to pay for these extras, Ayla was selling items on Craigslist, and that is when she encountered Aaron C. Cobb. He responded to her ad and they agreed to meet in a couple days to do a trade. He was older, and claimed to have children of his own, and Ayla was thankful for someone to talk to that she felt understood what she had been through in the years prior to having the baby. My 4 month old baby girl was taken from me this morning for no reason. Cps said i was in noncompliance & in violation of a court order. I was working with them voulantaraly for 90days & that 90 days was up. I dont want there services & dont trust them so they use that against me & make up what ever lies they can to get a judge to sign an order to remove my baby girl. I hate the system. I have dealt with them before in cali. & lost my rights to my other 3 children & there using that against me. I dont trust them & dont want them in my life & now my baby is suffering because i chose to exersize that right. My poor baby girlREPORT COMMENTS
