We are currently in a cps situation as well. CPS is out of control and needs to be regulated. I agree with all comments posted. The money involved in some of the cases is unwarranted and an abuse of resources and power. Some thing need to be done soon. A lot of good people are losing their children while the ones that need help are getting none. We need to speak up for the children and stop the abuse of CPS. Help me my services have been terminated for my 3 older children 15,13,6. The workers are lying to my children saying they coming home and telling them they could only be adopted. It deeply concerns me for the people and the innocent children how our government allows these people to lie and push people around to get what they want. Its immoral and unjust to allow these criminals to behave in such corrupt ways all in the name of greed. I pray someone listens soon and stops this and protects families in a country we say we are free. We have rights and it's about time for dhs to respect those rights instead of breaking laws to get their funding. Most of these so called helpful agencies who act as if they are for families are a waste of time and tax payers money and cause more harm than good. I proved colaberation between attorneys, lack of completing required work during civil suit and filed the necessary charges against attorneys and the judge. I was told and have emails and letters that state although I proved the mistakes , more than 13, occurred , that they appear unintentional.REPORT COMMENTS

Their is a friend of mine that CPS has falsely accused of child molestation and is in jail as we speak in Sabine Parish LA. When the kids were being questioned the case worker would turn off her recorder when the kids would tell her how well he took care of them and when the recorder was off the case worked used fear mongering to get the kids to tell them things that did not happen. The person being accused his name is Gary Addison and is in the Sabine detention center in Many, LA if anyone can help him fight theses false allegations please do so.REPORT COMMENTS

I have 9 siblings including myself who were taken into care. Me being the oldest I aged out 4 years later another one of my sisters. While all of my siblings were in Dhs I had a court order to see them monthly but my case worker wouldn't let me because she thought I would tell my mom? Now 5 an a half years later all of my siblings have been adopted but 2 an thankfully the lord put them with good people who saw I just want to love my sisters and we are all as close as can be. Except for my 2 brothers 13 an 14 who are still in care an they won't let me or my family get because they say we might let my mom see them? We don't even talk to her she is in prison an the aunts of mine who tried to get the boys 1 has her doctorate and is a traveling nurse. The other works as a nurse in an elementary school and has one more semester till her bachelors. I'm on the deans list in college so how is this right we haven't done anything for them to pass judgment on our family because of mistakes my mother made!! I am currently being harassed because a woman who came to give occupational therapy to mu child, attempted to get me to sign rights of my daughter to her because supposedly she had concerns about my kid taking het diaper off at night, and because I have a hormonal imbalance. Seriously. Her "company" isnt registered with the bbb, and the hospital that contracted her said that she doesn't have to register her company, that works with children, with the government agency that monitors businesses.... then, I got a card in the door this morning, after never hearing a knock or doorbell, from a lady from social services that said that I am not allowed the right I have to videotape her while in my home or interrogating my child. I believe I have stumbled upon a very big and very successful child laundering ring here in San Luis Obispo county in California. Right now, I have to run to another county so that im in another, less judgemental jurisdiction that knows that poverty doesn't mean ignorant, and wont attempt to strip me of my constitutional rights, at least not while speaking to a person with a call recorder app on their damn phone.llREPORT COMMENTS
