Cps, foster care, DHS... They cover their lies ( or try to) I recorded everything ! They put our children back in the hands of abusers then Macomb County gave them a letter of recommendation. I do have them recorded saying one thing and saying the opposite in front of their boss... If you go through this I know how upsetting it is, but don't back down to their threats ! My civil rights and due process was violated to obtain evedence to use against me with a fraudulent court order. Office of civil rights did not penalize the state. The state senate looked into my case and emailed me saying that is a federal issue is going to pass a test to Us senate. Nothing is going to happen unless I do something else. I lost my daughter due to corrupt court system. Six years ago. Both counties were against me! I did nothing wrong. My baby got ordered to live with her dad. Got taken from him five months after he got primary residence. My lawyer in the other county was against me too? I wasn't being told everything by the courts .. They said I abandoned her. Because I could not send her things or go to court there.. I explained to them that it was hard for me to go to court out there.. Cps lawyer humiliated me and no one knew that I had joint custody over my daughter for at least three to four months later.. I'm not sure what the order said about what does happen when the child gets taken from the parent who abused her... I need a good lawyer to help meREPORT COMMENTS

I was placed into foster care and was sexually abused by my foster dad, and they took me away from my biological dad who was already sexually abusing me. This needs to stop. The system is very broke and no one cares enough to make it stop. Just because your a foster parent doesn't necessarily mean your a good person. I be had a few foster parents and one out of 3 were good.REPORT COMMENTS

This happened to me and when the judge asked cps work why they took my kids I was like yes I'll get them back it took months I know why they took my stepson but had no reason to take mine even the judge agreed but still had to fight to get them even had to fight to have them sent to my sisterREPORT COMMENTS

Yes I agree 100% with every comment that I've read so far. CPS is bullying and abusing families by the second! My family was torn apart by 8 years ago by the system and I'm still paying my dues to society. It has been a living hell for me thru the years looking for fulltime employment because of the stiff charge given to me. I feel like a second class citizen sometimes.
