I stand in the Kingdom of GOD. Understanding only the laws of nature. I do not agree to understand how child protective services of Sacramento and the DHHS of California can continue to confidentially confine my newborn baby away from me. He is being physically abuse and neglected my Brand New Baby Boy! I have expressed my concern to the judge about the feces in the creases of his legs, the heat rash that covers his entire body! The blisters on his mouth, his rapid weight loss, lack of strength and energy, he is malnourished due to the fact he is lactose intolerant and they have no regard for him! He is constantly violently throwing up and severely stressed! And in retaliation for me complaining to her supervisor LUPE FERRERA has intentionally prevented both my court ordered visits this week! AND I HAVE NOT ONE BUT GOD TO TELL ABOUT THESE AWFUL THINGS!I KNOW HE HEARS OUR CRIES!I KNOW HE LOVES US! BUT WHY CANT HE SHOW HIS MERCY UPON ME? I have come in peace. I can't go on like this much longer. I shall not parish though I'm tirelessly pushing on. My heart hurts. As I await for my time I stand firmly in my place!!REPORT COMMENTS

It's unbelievable how they take Children from a home where there is no neglect or abuse. No danger . Allowed to discriminate for religious beliefs and ignore parents calls and do not call them back. I want to see my children. And cannot bc no one will set up visitations. I failed one UA bc I partied the night before they showed. Not knowing my rights got bullied by to investigators. I feel these agencies, courts and Judges that we the people pay with our taxes to get in office, are not for the people,but are out to accumulate their own personal gain,They all have their own objectives in mind not the welfare of our children. These Family court Judges go home never once thinking of the harm their decisions are placing on the institution of families or the children. It's time to cry out against this facade of Justice. There are those who truly abide by the oath they take, but they are becoming a rare breed. It's sad to see how unjust our courts are that monitor and uphold the rights of children. I am a firm believer that if you place yourself in the circumstances of someone else you may or may not handle it the same way but you will truly understand what they are feeling and can empathize with them, not condemn or obliterate the family system. Judges are suppose to be liken to Solomon whom God gave the wisdom to make objective yet caring decisions for mankind, not be bias because of your own selfish natures but to consider all possibilities before taking a child from their parents, Yes their are those that are only biological parents with no knowledge are care to be a parent but those people are obvious to even a person that has no qualifications are training to distinguish between the two.It just saddens me to see the world as it has become and the simple things I use to look forward to as a child vanish.REPORT COMMENTS

I was and am a victim of a false reports and were falsely accused by the CPS in California by Merced County Child Protective Services without conducting a proper investigation. I have fought back for years and continue to fight against this corrupt organization whose order of the day was to deny us of our 4th, 6th, and 14th Amendment rights and to fabricate false charges without evidence. CPS?s reports and charges was nothing more than baseless allegations, never evidence. The fact of the matter is that the CPS never had any evidence but continued to abuse their so called authority and violated our rights as an individual, as a parent, as a family and my child?s rights as well for years now. What gives the right to do so? It is my goal that not another child is illegally abducted from their family and that CPS and juvenile judges start using common sense before rushing to judgment and to conduct their investigations the same as do the police in order to be constitutionally correct and legal. Also, that CPS MUST by law comply with the ?Warrant Clause? as required by the Constitution and the Federal Courts whereas they are ?governmental officials? and are subject to the Constitution as are the police. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the Constitution for CPS. We as a parent(s) or caregiver(s) MUST know our rights and should be totally informed what we have a legal right to have and to express, whether a parent is caught up in a very oppressive, abusive and many times unlawful actions of CPS or if CPS has never investigated you. Many individuals come to the wrong conclusion that the parents must have been abusive or neglectful for CPS to investigate, this is just a myth. The fact of the matter is that over 80% of the calls that are called into CPS hot-lines or reported by other means are false and bogus. Thank YouREPORT COMMENTS

My two youngest have been away from me since 04/2014. I have not been convicted of breaking any laws and the assumptions made against me were wrong. I didn't have a voice back then, but I do now. I am so close to getting my children back that I don't want to do anything to threaten that however, upon reviewing all of the Maybe's and what if's I truly feel that laws have been broken. My children were moved 7 times in one year and they are Happy Girls no doubt, but it broke our family apart.REPORT COMMENTS

They took all 5 of our kids including a eight day old breastfeeding. They had no warranties no eco or any papers indicating their right to so, they violated our civil rights and are continuing to base base their actions on my past despite our continued cooperation wutheir plans. No other avenues were explored and we see them once a week. Each day is disheartening and we seem to get no closer to their return. This involves three states VA. AZ. FL. This a federal issue for a federal crime. Please recognize all the people coming forward since I have written my president and associated senators multiple times. Now I have signed almost a dozen petitions. My four children were silenced. My rights denied. State attorney 1 2 and 3 all say CPS wins 99% of the time. They set up families. The support univestigated hearsay confirmed on the record in court that Erin Wright of cps supervisor in prescott Arizona believed the so called anonymous report and since she is an expert did not need to investigate. Further her hired witness stated in the same court as long as the children are doing well by their terms in their care there was no concern over what the core causes of the family issues before they took action. They can prove success. Cps workers told children and myself it was okay to communicate and then they went before the judge staying there were orders of no communication and we all went behind cps orders, thus with any other evidence or any due process courted deemed child and myself lies and untrustworthy. Further cps stated if you have concerns about your husband at the time and his treatment of our minor children I need you to take the children from school while he has custody so we can call the police and open an investigation. This was in the presence of my state attorney. I stated that was crazy. What did I need to do to open an investigation to ensure the safety of my chikdren. Cps responded come to the office and sign papers. In front of my state lawyer. I did. A couple days later cps went before the judge stating that it is well known mother is a threat to the children and has publicly stated she will kidnap the children. Cps asked all rights cut for all children. With no due process all rights cut. Final Permanent orders were solely based on my without any legal representation being able to prove my case legally against my ex legal team. And further the only witness and sole deciding factor in the custody of the children was cps and their falsified entrapment based on unsubstantiated hearsay anonymous statements and the legal actions of my ex. Something has to be done. I had never been in court. Never did drugs. Have no record. Pillar in my community. Moved and cps for hired made a fortune off of my family. Today I go to court under contempt charges for trying with no legal knowledge to represent myself and protect my family. The courts have punished me. My ex has lied and falsified statements, yet there is no way to fight a corrupt system and my ex who has a longstanding history of crimes just like he is perpetrating on our family today. I am not alone. This is an epidemic of systemic corruption and abuse of human rights for both parents and children. This is not what our country was founded on. I had my child support worker tell me, my mother, and grandmother that I was NOT ALLOWED to have an attorney present at any court case. 2 months after the place I worked at closed I was found in contempt of court (2008, the Great Depression) then even though I had followed thru with all my work search criteria and even surpassing, I was thrown in jail for being poor and because nobody else decided to hire me. Again it was unconstitutional, I was found in contempt of court even though o followed through with the court orders. I was then ordered to gain employment, another unconstitutional order, since I cannot force somebody to hire me, was again unlawfully imprisioned, making it impossible to gain employment, so after forcing me to have a 1 year gap in employment they again issued an illegal order, low and behold the economy turned for the better and I got a job. Now my sons mother has lost custody of my son, yet I'm still forced to pay 230 on top of my other obligations and trying to support my 3 children who live with me. Not a single penny of my child support goes to my child, it all goes to fond du lac county, not a single penny goes to past due child support it goes to "current payments" even though as I stated not a single penny goes to my child. I didn't care when it was going to my son, I wished the courts would do more to insure I was allowed a relationship with him, but they don't care about that, only the money they can bring into the fond du lac county budget. This family court is operating as a mofia style collection agency for the county. I'd say they are exactly the same as the ferguson police department, except instead of killing innocent people they just ruin thier livesREPORT COMMENTS

CPS collects more money by not reuniting and adopting children out. I am glad to have found this page, as I can unfortunately, relate to all of these stories. I cannot understand for the life of me - what generation and what Country do we actually live in, to ALLOW this to happen all the time, in every state - it truly blows my mind and infuriates me beyond words!!!!!! I have literally been living a horrendous, never-ending, Nightmare for what will be ONE WHOLE YEAR on July, 9, 2015..... But I am fiercly dedicated and determined to somehow, someway, raise awareness about this atrocity, so that not just those of us who are personally AFFECTED by this, but, EVERYONE - is truly aware of what our Justice System is doing to the most innocent victims of all, our CHILDREN!!!! I will NOT allow the despicable CORRUPTION in our Family Courts to destroy my 3 year old nephew's life....and allow him to become just another victim of these power hungry, Greedy Monsters, who continually play GOD, just b/c they can!!! It's become a truly frightening, scary, and dangerous world that we live in. When a parent that has given birth to a child, raised him as a single mom, and raised one amazingly beautiful and HAPPY child, actually has to fear that at any given moment, her son could just be taken from her, without a reason, and left with NO RECOURSE to get him back!!! All thanks to the Government - who could care less about what happens to that little boy's life! Disgusting and unacceptable to me! Because of the manipulative, controlling, abusive, revengeful "father" of my nephew, he decided that he alone would have SOLE Custody of a child whom he willfully abandoned, both physically and financially for the first 2+ years off his life. MY sister no longer is allowed to see her son, my mother and I are not allowed to see him either, or even call him - he has blocked all phone numbers except for my sister's, but rarely will be answer when she calls anyway. Did I mention that my sister was also forced to get a Restraining Order against this person, because of years of physical violence, which only escalated after my nephew was born, ultimately my sister realized she and her son needed to get far away from him - after he began with threats to kill her and/or my nephew. So, im sure if your reading this page, then it should come as no surprise, that the father has been allowed to do what he has done, ALL BECAUSE OF SOME SERIOUS STATE CORRUPTION! One year later, and we have seen my nephew, only supervised, in the state of ALABAMA, for a mind-blowing total of 16 HOURS.... This is the child that we raised, the child that we absolutely adore more than life itself, the little baby we spent every single day with, watching in amazement as he developed into a toddler, seemingly overnight, the little boy who instantly became our everything, the center of our universe, the little boy who is beyond loved and adored by his family..... and we have spent just 16 hours with him in an entire YEAR!!!!
