I have had too many nights where I have had to stay up at 12:00 at night just so I can get all my homework done or a project. I honestly would rather stay at school for longer amounts of time then having a long night trying to learn or review when I can be at school and learn at a much larger amount of effieceny because we actually have teachers. I think the only exception for homework would be reading and writing outside of school.REPORT COMMENTS

I get maybe 4 hours of sleep a night if I'm lucky, because of homework. I have developed anxiety and depression because of it. I know that myself and several other students have skipped school because they didn't finish their homework so they would fake sick in order to get it done because the teachers would scream at us if it wasn't finished. It's not about losing your time to socialize or game, kids are losing their sanity and grasp of reality because the word HOMEWORK or the thought of it can actually drive students into mental hospitals. I know a girl who was on the verge of suicide because she had 9 hours of homework a night, and if thats not a problem I don't know what is.REPORT COMMENTS
