To the Honorable United States Congress staff I am asking please make S.1789 retroactive. I am 66 years of age and my son was incarcerated under the current sentencing guidelines. I would pleading with you all to take another next in addressing the issue of S1789 for those men and women who will remain incarcerated under the old guidelines. By makeing S1789 retroactive it will save the states millions of dollars. So many men and women was incarcerated and serving some much time. I would like to beg Congress to pass the legislation that would make S.1789 retroactive. Thank you for your support, in adressing this issue. Lois Fisher, Virginia -
