I totally support retroactivity of bill S. 1789. My husband was sentenced under the current unjust law almost 12 years ago. There was no physical evidence; only hear say. Therefore he was charged with conspiracy and given a sentence that carries more time than a MURDERER! It's time fairness be displayed in the Federal Court system as well as all other judicial court systems in the U.S. Most federal court officials have been misusing their positions for far too long because they have been given the authority to do so by a judicial system which has been proven to be unfair particularly to black men!REPORT COMMENTS
