I DONT BELEIVE PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE TO DO LIFE FOR DRUGS .YOU HAVE SEX OFFENDERs && MURDERs GETTING OFF ON A LESSER CHARGE.EVERYONE DESERVES A FAIR CHANCE. AND HERE IN CHAMPAIGN, IL THERE NOT GETTING IT.PEOPLE GETTING LIFE JUST BECAUSE A OFFICER HAS RANK WITH THE D.E.A. Its a shame how some sex offenders and murders receive minimum sentences, but drug offenders get the maximum. This law should be applied retroactively. People should be allowed the second third or fourth chance to better themselves. Its bad enough that society makes it hard for them to get out and better themselves(find jobs). This world is unjust. Applying this law retroactively is a step closer to just world!REPORT COMMENTS
