Its hard out here for any one who has been convicted or has been stereo typed as being involved in drug selling especially crack and powder. The average dealer do this for means not jus show. It only makes complete sense to make this law retroactive. It would only be the fair thing to do. Congress admitted they made a mistake so the mistake needs to be corrected for those whom it was applied to unjustly. So if someone was sentenced on August 2nd 2010 the old law would apply and if Aug 3rd 2010 the new law would apply. We have to keep fighting for justice to be completely served. I do have faith that Congress will fix this.REPORT COMMENTS
