When the US government has been complaining all around the world about actions in Syria, Russia, China, etc... how could an US government agency - USCIS/DOS do such a emotional/financial slaughter to legal, law abiding and tax paying people who contribute, to full extent, to the development of this country. There is lot of emotions/money/time/hope shattered by the USCIS/DOS action of revising the October Visa bulletin. Dear Sir, I spent thousands of dollars in Attorney fee and Medical examination fee. Took 3 unpaid days off from my work to finish medical exams. Took many vaccinations. Spent time and money to gather supporting documents. USCIS reversed the application filing date just 4 days before the application filing date. This has caused me to lose thousands of dollars, huge emotional and mental stress. We have been waiting in legal immigration queue for more than 10 years, paid every bit of tax, played by rule and more over we did not get any federal benefits. Sir, please step in and help. This is an irresponsible act by USCIS/DOS. Thanks NirajREPORT COMMENTS
