Do not have words to explain the pain the reversal decision of USCIS has brought in. Money spent on lawyer and medical exams and most importantly all the dreams to travel back to home country soon and meet family after 6 long years shattered in a minute. We are doing everything to maintain our legal status, filing documentation on time, paying taxes to get back in return such irresponsible action by authorities!!REPORT COMMENTS

Our family is greatly impacted by the re-issue of October 2015 VB. We have spent about $4000 fees towards attorney and $1000 towards Medicals and all these are non refundable. Please take action on reverse the VB to old one that was published on Sep9th.REPORT COMMENTS

I spent several thousand dollars for lawyer and medical exam report. My wife is pregnant and I had to take her to do medical exam.I would not do this for this silly error on USCIS's part. I have never seen anywhere in the world where a law is published and then reversed because of some incompetent people. Please do something and revert it back to the September 9 bulletin.REPORT COMMENTS

I am one of the many impacted by this treacherous act of USCIS. My Priority date is 02-Mar-2010 and based on the Oct 15 visa bulletin released on 9th Sep 2015 I was almost ready to file by AOS on 1st Oct 2015. I spent close to $800 in medical test, for which I had to take 2 days off from office which effectively cost me and my wife close to $800 also for the paper works and mailing I spent around $100. How this update visa bulletin affects us emotionally is something we cannot measure in dollars. A hope of getting a respectable and hassle free life and future has been shattered. We have been lawful and law abiding resident of this country for over 8 yrs now and this is what we are getting in return. Sometimes it feels like its easier to attain a permanent resident ship or citizenship by being an illegal than remaining a tax paying and law following legal. Hope you could help. Please revert the revised October 2015 visa bulletin as this is hurting thousands of foreign nationals who are paying taxes, staying with family for many years. Their dream of getting EAD, ease on travel, opening a business or growing career is put on HOLD suddenly! SPENT thousands of dollars on medical examinations, missing job, missing school for kids, preparing the documentation for more than a week and weekends and spending money on getting the documentation from overseas. Lot of mental stress and now this revised bulleting is mentally hurting the entire family and friends!! PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO REVERT THIS BULLETIN!!REPORT COMMENTS
