USCIS and DOS changed the priority dates for categories all of sudden and this is causing financial and mental loss

If we get Employment authorization based on the Visa bulletin released on Sep 9th, we can look for better jobs to grow our career or create more jobs. Based on Oct-15 bulletin, I was ready on friday with my I-485 with Medical and everything spend money and time. now what ? 2011 - I140 approved, 2012 - Father passed away could not go to India for funeral, 2013 - Daughter turned 21 years out from family and 2016 - son will be 21 years old.
