USCIS and DOS changed the priority dates for categories all of sudden and this is causing financial and mental loss

My priority date became current in Oct visa bulletin. It was a big relief after 7+ years of H1b journey. I am stuck with same employer. Not able to visit India. My wife cannot work. After long time priority date became current.. we did all necessary for documents.. spend money.. and now dates are again reverted back. This is big mental distress for us.. we cannot even explain our pain in words.. please restore original VB of Oct.. -
